Prickled Pink Plants — Local services in Tucson

My family has been purchasing from this business since Mid-May earlier this year! Since then we have made 4 purchases of ranging sizes. Some have only been one or two things and others have been closer to 10-12 plants/cuttings. Each time the process of ordering has been simple and everything is reasonably priced! All plants have been packaged securely and everything has arrived safely even despite having a few mailing delays. Plants also arrive healthy and well taken care of! She has included a few freebies that are always appreciated and super exciting! Then after the fact of arrival most sellers would drop off but any questions and concerns have always been answered and advice has always been helpful 🥰, absolutely love doing business with this seller! She had a giveaway on Instagram and ended early (by Wednesday at 4pm when the challenge said it would end at the end of the week) She posted someone’s name on her story so I told her I thought that was mean and she posted my name on her story and messaged me insulting messages about how she doesn’t have to be professional because she runs her own business and not to expect corporate level customer service. Don’t disagree with her or she will turn on you too. I felt extreme anxiety waking up to hateful messages after just expressing I don’t think she should use a business platform to bully people she has 15K followers. Likes to bully her Instagram followers when they call her out for not following the guidelines she sets for giveaways. Said she was doing a giveaway that would end at the end of the week but decided to end it early on Wednesday without notice and someone asked her about it and she became hostile towards her.
