I came to this salon the first time because of the amazing rating on google. They did an excellent job aside from a few things but I am just super picky about things. The second time I came in I wanted a gel change. I had JUST gotten a manicure from another salon the previous week but the tips of my French tip manicure was turning brown and the salon refused to fix it.

I told the woman I wanted a gel change and she said “oh sure, what color you want?” I look and look and look. She kept pushing me to a color I didn’t want nor the palate I was even looking at. “You choose this one! It brand new.” She said. I kept saying no. I don’t want any of those colors. Thank you. As time goes by she starts to give me a manicure I kept saying to her no. I just want my gel color changed. I finally picked a color and she puts it on and it looked great. Then comes clear coat. BUBBLES! There were bubbles on almost every nail. So I say there are bubbles she looks and she says “no there are no bubbles.” I say YES! There is bubbles. Please fix them. She gets a down right rude about having to fix the nails. Well she didn’t fix them and I was tired of arguing with her about it. She yelled at me and said I was too picky. Then She starts to put lotion on my arm and once again I told her I want a gel change and someone says something to her and she says oh we have to charge 35$ I was livid. Not only did I not like my nails she charged me for a freaking manicure. I was just over and done with this salon.

So a day goes by and I still hate my nails I still hate the fact I paid 35$ for a crappy service so I decided I wanted my money back. So I got back to the salon the owner says what is wrong with your nails? I said there are bubbles. He said “I see no bubbles!” And I said I don’t care if you don’t see them I do and they are my nails and I want my money back. He refuses. He said no I fix them. I said no I don’t want them fixed I want my money back please. He still refused. He wanted to fix them there and now and I said I don’t have time to get them fixed. I just want my money back. Again he refused and I was forced to come back to the salon to get my nails fixed. One would think oh! He fixed them all is well. Yeah not even close.

I’m back at the salon and the guy has me sit down and he is talking to me like I am a child. He wraps the fingers and lets them soak for a while comes back and starts the replacement process by scraping my nails and it hurt. He asked what color I had and I told him. He starts talking to me and says “there nothing wrong with your nails. There are no bubbles. This time I fix for free. Next time I don’t. You too picky.” I just sat there and said nothing. Then he went for the power tool. First of all ladies NEVER EVER EVER let a nail technician use this power tool ON your real nails. It causes them to be filed too much and will ruin your natural nail due to the fact that it takes the nail bed away. This guy grounded down my nails until they started to burn. I quickly jerked my hand away and he said “it okay. It don’t hurt.” Yes it did hurt hence why I jerked my hand away. He then started to chastise me and degrade me. We haven’t even gotten to the color yet nor the first coat. I was humiliated, degraded, and devalued as a paying customer. and to top it all off I shouldn’t be able to bend my nails with the gel. I wasn’t able to before and now I can. He ruined my nails after I was trying so hard to grow them out. I will never ever come...

ZERO STARS! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR IGNORING THE WORD OF MOUTH...There's no way thus salon has 5 stars.

I wish I could give no stars. This man is extremely rude and does not deserve to be in business.

Originally, I went on Wednesday to have my nails repainted. After he took my nail polish off. He said I can't use my card and its best to cut them down and best to switch to Gel. Unable to return that same day after leaving to get cash...I went back 2 days later.

I went back [trying to honor a comittment] and asked for the gel that HE reccomended... ABLE & WILLING financially and timewise.

I just wanted my nails painted. I could tell from the way the other lady looked at me they she did not want to service me. I selected my color, and ASKED if they still needed to cut or shave them down. He rudely replied, "NO, I told you I'd charge you extra to cut down." [He never did]

So I asked if everything was okay. And told him its fine if he was going to charge I just wanted to know the cost.

I never needed them cut down, I never needed gel, he was trying to get more money out of me by being a liar.

This should not have been an argument! I left with tears in my eyes hurt. Feeling like my money wasn't the same as the two other ladies being serviced.

I understand why everyone told me not...

I feel horrible. I never complain. My nails came out so bad. I am a self taught nail artist and I decided to get them because I take so long to do them on my own. I am such a perfectionist. All are flat, non are smooth, all are filed really deep into the sides of my nails and not buffed smooth at all before painted. All are to small for my nail beds. I am so sad, they aren't even milk white like I wanted. I put my inspiration pic in the pictures to show what color I was going for (minus the glitter). The staff was great, really I enjoyed sitting there for the 2 hours it took to do my nails. I appreciated all of the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately the quality just isn't there. I can't believe I paid 65$ for these. I will be disputing the charges threw my bank as I have an appointment to get these removed and new ones on today. There was a girl next to me getting her nails done by a female artist and hers came out absolutely gorgeous! So I think it was just the artist I had. It was a thinner gentleman. Maybe he was new to nails - I did mention I was a nail artist so I wish they would have taken that into account before allowing an inexperienced...
