I went the day before and the lady told me to go the next day around the same time and she would give me a discount. The time was 6:30 and when i got there i still had to wait at least 40 mins for my turn. She does NOT listen to what you want. The appointment was for myself, my sister and my daughter. They ended up cutting my daughters nails really short and didn't do the acrylic as I asked them to. She said that gel would be better and cheaper. My turn came around (fills) and i told her not to mess with the nail that had all my gems (over 50 crystals see last pic below). First thing she did was scrape off the gems. It was too late for me to tell her no, as i thought she was going for a different nail when she had the machine, so there went over 50 of my crystals, which if they charge a dollar each, that should of been 50 dollars OFF for HER mistake! I told her over and over i did NOT want round tips. She left them round as you can see from the other pic i included. I told her i wanted matte just like the picture, she did shiny. it was 9:30pm by the time i left. If she didn't have the personnel to accommodate late appointments then she should of said it from the beginning. She was in a rush (obviously since it was late) and therefore would not listen to a thing of what i wanted. She ended up doing my nails looking ridiculous. My daughter would have done a better job. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and the discount she offered was a mere $10. DO NOT waste your time coming here. I should have just walked out but i still ended up giving her a $100 cause it looked like she wanted to cry. Maybe invest those $100 to buy more matte coat and more pinks......

Came to this place at the recommendation of a friend, we went together a few months ago and I did not have a great experience so I went back to my normal salon. Today I had to get a fill in the area and we were together again and I thought maybe I had just had a bad interaction and decided to give them another try. I wish I hadn't. The lady I had who was simultaneously working the front desk was grinding down my nails beds so much I left with 3 small cuts. I came in with perfectly uniform nails, one pinky nail broken, they were all evenly shaped none slanting to the side. Golden nails you can see the obvious lumps to the side on 2 nails. I asked for the middle nail to be accented, the same as before but had to stop her on each hand as she tried to paint the ring finger. After seeing the nails and how poorly they looked I thought I would skip the jewels at this point, but she insisted and dropped the price from 10$ to 5$. And she ended up putting the jewels on the ring finger, where they barely show up, I ask if she can change but shes already started and she just keeps telling me it looks beautiful, I look beautiful. I felt like I was being told to be quiet and not complain. I just wanted the same nails I came in with, they were perfect when I came in, and just needed a fill... how did they go so wrong. I was still waiting for my friend so got a pedicure, they looked fine the guy who did them was sweet and great... and then the same lady came over at then end to pull out the toe guards and she just yanked them off my feet and she smudged the polish!!!! I am so upset this was an absolute waste of 85$ I am so unhappy with my nails...

Very friendly staff. One of the dudes was constantly taking his mask on and off and wandering around swinging it. Had an appt but wasnt even seated til 45 minutes past the appt time. Price charges did not match their prices posted at the register, it was $12 more than what was posted. Very heavily pressured by a lady (not my nail tech) to buy a mask. The end product of the pedi and mani was a high quality paint job with no visible cuticles. On the pedi, no paraffin wax available, no hot stone massage available. No scent choices for the soak or the scrub. I just wanted a high shine buff, no polish, on my natural nail. No buffing ever took place, at all. They look nice, but def not buffed and def not high shine. On the mani, no arm massage, just a less than 10 second slathering of lotion that wasn't rubbed in all the way. If i was in a pinch, because their hours are pretty wide open for a nail salon, i would go back, but it'll be awhile before i go back to have a nice...
