DICK'S Sporting Goods — Local services in Tucson

Love the store, but the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! I got a $10 off coupon for completing a survey, but the store could not use it on a $80 pickleball paddle. Said the paddle was price protected. So I had a chat with a customer service person, who apologized and offered $20 off if I would call in to order the paddle. I called in and wanted to order the paddle for store pickup, but when you call customer service they cannot take a store pickup order. So rather than picking up the paddle today, I need to wait 7-8 days for it to arrive. I have a feeling Dick's is going to go the same way as Gander Mountain. Why would you not allow someone to come into your store to pickup an item? Do they not know that you might buy something else while you are at the store? And to top that off, the on-line inventory and the actual in-store inventory do not match. I showed the clerk their online ordering page that said they did not have the item I was buying at that time, in the Tucson area.

Not happy took item back I had item four days . I wash it, and it start to come apart. The sale associate gave me the third degree. I had my recepit. The shirts I bought were 45.00 each. So I thought you would stand behind your product you sold. Then question why I got a dicount on one shirts. .I stated your manager did .I had came into store to look at boots and shirts. I went to look at boots and try and get help but sale associate was to busy on cell phone. Then went over pick up a few shirts sale sign was not clear on what was on sale ,so when I ask if you buy one get half on the other one one. The manager gave me the price even though it was not same brand ,but signs not up correctly she was in a bad mood, not sure if it was ,because of the employees where standing around while she was bringing everything in from out side. I felt like I was on trail .I'll I did is exchange the shirt. My first experience there and know my second was bad, I will...

As one who likes to stay in shape, this place is an absolute must for me. Their clothing is fashionable. Their prices, reasonable. ( though could be better) having said that, they have everything you could need when it comes to sporting goods. EVERYTHING. Football, Basketball, Soccer, Softball. Even camping equipment and I think they have a good selection of fishing gear as well. Not sure about that but I will find out and let you know. For me, it's all about the diamond. I am a baseball guy. DICK'S Sporting Goods has you covered. You will never find a more extensive amount of gear for this sport anywhere in the city. Anything you could need for the game of baseball is at this store. Plus, I would say it's fun to just come here and look around. Honestly, they just have so much stuff as it relates to sporting goods. Don't be surprised if you create an extensive wish list after you come here....
