When I received my whopper Jr, I opened the wrapper, that looked grease soaked, to find lettuce all over including under my sandwich. My meat was barely half way on the bun. My sandwich was cold, not even slightly warm! The fries were barely warm. It was an african-american guy that made it. I asked a girl named Cheyenne if she was the manager. She told me she was, when in fact I found out she was not the manager. I explained the problem with my sandwich, and with an attitude she asked me if I wanted her to remake it. I told her no. There were 4 employees working at the time, yet after I complained 3 of the 4 disappeared to the back and you could clearly hear them laughing and talking and joking and having a good time while 1 employee named James was running around doing EVERY job in the place. He did counter, drive through, fryer, sandwiches, running, cleaning, literally EVERY job! Not one person came to help. I have never seen a place where everyone was goofing off leaving ALL the work to one person! I've never even seen this happen at McDonalds! And we all know how awful McDonalds is. I am stating this loud and clear that lying to a customer DOES NOT make a good manager!!! Rethink that one over Burger King. And I honestly am hoping you all take notice of what a good hard worker you have in James and not only give him a well deserved raise, but a huge recognition for his job in doing everyone else's job while they played around in the back room!! James, thank you for such nice, kind, and courteous service. Any company would and should be proud to have you as an employee. The lettuce in the picture was what was not on the burger when I opened it, minus the lettuce I put...
Read moreApparently BK is where mediocrity becomes normal. Recently visited to enjoy my favorite ham croissant, tots and a soda. I found the $.30 up charge for soda over coffee to be excessively greedy and beyond dumb. Maybe I'm wrong but BK should be saving money on that move Vs. up charging me. Just another corporate GREED-FLATION tactic to motivate me to not return. The food was presented hot, fresh and delicious and arrived without issue with minimal lag time. The Cyndi Lauper clone cashier while pleasant clearly isn't a morning person. While I personally experienced quick somewhat friendly service, I also witnessed people standing at the front counter for several minutes before even being acknowledged. I personally would have walked out if it happened to me. It was a brisk 55° outside so naturally the lobby AC was set at 66° making the frigid lobby less then ideal to enjoy hot food in. This establishment obviously has a willful, deliberate and intentional goal of demonstrating a failed disconnect with guest relations. On the brightside BK sells bags of ice which is always super convenient.
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 BK proudly offers a military discount which is always appreciated....
Read moreI've been at this location 2X in the past two months. Both times in the drive through. The first time the service was quick enough, but the quality of the food was substandard. The bread was stale and the sandwich was cold. Tried a second time today. I again placed a drive-through order. I was directed to pull ahead and wait for the order to be brought out. After waiting for over 10 minutes I went back into the restaurant with my receipt and asked about the status of my order. The order was no where to be found. One of the employees (a different one from the one who took my order) worked hard to make sure my order was served as quickly as possible. Good for him. However the employee who took my order, who was working the drive through, seemed dazed and confused, and was more in the way of the other employees. So this location is 0 for 2. The only reason I'm writing this review is I'd really like to patronized this location more. But until they get their act together I'm going to avoid this location, even though it's very...
