Last month they sold a backpack of mine for $120; I got $46 and paid $6 in check fees because instead of cutting one check, they cut 3 separate checks. They just sold a ring for $142 and I got 40% or $56.80 (and paid $2 for the check). Do the math. They require masks but do not enforce the policy. Injustice walked in there. It is 4;35 on January 3rd. I am in retail and I really believe in a retail store, the person who is there sets the tone. It was quiet as a library and two people walked in after me. The person working at the store was more concerned about stock than greeting anyone. She wouldn't even make eye contact. I was there for over 10 minutes without a word from the employee. I just want the owner to know. There is no way anyone would want to buy something in that atmosphere. I will be happy to remove this review if I get a reply from anyone...

I just had a wild experience here. I was looking at purses, when one of the employees without saying a word grabbed all of the purses off the hangers I was actively looking at , pulled them all away from me to show another customer. After I looked at her she said “sorry”. I’m appalled. I walked out without buying anything because I refuse to spend money where I’m treated less than. With my Prada purse mind you, and the customer she pulled the purses for didn’t end up buying anything. Karma. Will...
