Went there yesterday for an interview that had been set up days prior. Told one of the female workers there who let management know, only to be told that the store manager was busy and another was going on lunch. So I decided to bear it and wait. Well, I was there for an hour before I decided to leave since no one from management came out to even bother meeting the person they were supposed to interview. Read moreI shop Marshalls often; I'm not from here and don't know the local norms. I was here right after Christmas and agree it seemed messy but think it had something to do with the shoppers not putting merch back if they changed their mind. The friendly staff struggled to keep up, restock, help people and keep the store clean. If anyone needs to pass on complaints, it's probably to corporate.
As always, there's a lot of great stuff at Marshalls- the best of these types of stores. Overall I find Ross isn't worthwhile but I don't know about the one next door...

The only pair left didn't have a tag and when I went to purchase them, the clerk tried to charge me $70!
