Beware!!! DO NOT GO HERE If you value your looks. DO NOT choose this business. Went to the owner to have fillers done on my face to eliminate a slightly "jowly" look, (over 50). I also received filler in my lips and Dysport. I was assured that my request was no problem, she'd been doing this for 10 years. After the swelling subsided I was horrified the results. Not only did she not address the issue I went there for, it is now SO much worse and lumpy, as well. She ill-advisedly put so much filler in one spot only on my cheekbones that my eyes are now too close together and look sunken in these pits she created, my entire face looks fatter and as if it has been pushed down somehow, my lips are totally lopsided & I look like I have a permanent sneer AND a bottom lip full of chewing tobacco. Lips weren't plumped but there is a big ridge below my bottom lip now. I called, panicked, and was assured (again), that it would go down & it would be fine. I called again 3 days later because I now cannot stand to look in the mirror. I do not even look like myself. Her response? "People pay a lot of money to look different." I DID NOT ASK OR WANT TO LOOK ANYWAY OTHER THAN MYSELF. I have had fillers before for "jowls", elsewhere, and they were done correctly and perfectly at Mountain View Aesthetics a couple of years ago & nobody had a clue anything had been done to my face. Now people see me and first thing "What did you do??" I look like a caricature of myself. I then went in for my 2 week checkup, still appalled at the results, was in tears and told her I wanted my money back. She was already very defensive and had one excuse after the other. She also said "You are heavy through there," referring to my "jowls" when I pointed out that they were now worse. And what THAT told me was that she took my money, injected fillers in incorrect places, all the while KNOWING she didn't have the skill to handle my request BEFORE she created the disaster that is now my face. She said she could remove the filler but it would be a waste of money. In what universe does she think I would let her anywhere near my face again?? She ruined it. I left the appointment, with her being so defensive and spewing excuses I realized nothing more could be done then. I have since left messages for her, which she ignores. She got her money, she's happy. She tried to make me feel guilty because I received a discount, it was a sale advertised on tv for EVERYBODY. I will be contacting the BBB and medical boards as well as she is guilty of malpractice, or at the very least, fraud. I wish she had just told me she couldn't produce the results I was looking for. And with how messed up my face is, it is as if she has no idea of what she's doing, other than randomly injecting substances. No thought or knowledge of WHERE to place them, or of THE AMOUNT TO USE in any given area. Why she is allowed to do this for a living...

On the contrary, my condition has worsened and my cellulite has increased We made an appointment, and when I went and asked her about the condition of my face, she also said, "You are the only person who does not notice results . What is this luck you have ?" She gave me obagi liquid FOR FREE sticker on it 40$ but After I complained about what happened she just told me about it (I just give you a product free for good Faith .) I already thank her about it But that’s not mean I’m gonna shut up 🤐 What do you think and what do you say the reader? Is the reason I have it because I went and trusted such a clinic? After that I called and no one answered and no one would call me back, but I have her own number, so I sent messages and said she had nothing to do so that she could not return my money back as well, and she will communicate with the original parent company .......... Called weeks in advance for a procedure which required bloodwork. I said I was going to have labs done from (gave them name of clinic) - they said that would be fine and to bring them with me to my appointment. I had carefully timed my appointment to coincide with the amount of medication I had left etc. I actually called them a few times just to be certain they had what they needed from me and that the procedure could for sure be done at my appointment and was assured all was fine. They called me a few days before to change the appointment time - no problem - just noting yet another time I spoke to them. Before my appointment I faxed over my labs so they would have them early. That afternoon - less than 24 hours before my appointment/procedure they called to tell me that the labs wouldn’t work for them - that they had their own bloodwork /lab requirements. I was shocked! Especially considering I hadn’t even taken my labs before I made my appointment! So they had me go ahead and take/pay for my provider’s labs instead of having me take theirs! Someone clearly has no clue what they’re doing and I admit I was furious. I had checked and double checked with them when I was making my appointment. And then on the phone I heard a girl in the back dishonestly say that she had never told me I would definitely be getting the procedure at my appointment - but that was what the appointment was scheduled for! I was told exactly what I would pay for the visit and the procedure. I demanded they refund my deposit or I would blast them in a review - which they did. I called back when I had calmed down to explain more calmly why I was upset and was assured they’d have the manager call me to discuss things. Never got a call. Not surprised. I will not support an office this incompetent and uncaring to...
