Update

This particular panda express is completely messed up. I came in today at 11 AM. And they were out of rice. And they had ran out of noodles. And they told me that it would be eight minutes before there were more. I’m not gonna call the woman who told me this a liar because she probably believed it. But unfortunately, it turned out to not be true. They had several catering orders that required, rice and noodles, and for reasons known only to them, they decided to fill these orders instead of filling the orders of the people they were standing there. There were several people in the restaurant who had ordered online and were expecting their food. They were disappointed. There were several people in the drive-through that had ordered food. they were disappointed. And then there was me. I had ordered in store, and I was disappointed .

Nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem. That is my personal view on the matter. There was a lot of running around. And at least one woman said to the people that were waiting for the food here let me give you a free drink. So that was much appreciated. Elisha acknowledge the fact that what they were doing was wrong. Everybody else acted like they wanted to be anywhere else.

I wish I had a job closer to one of the other panda express is in town. I doubt they are as inept.

The rest of this was from a few weeks ago

I like the fact that panda express has decent food and it’s usually fresh and I like the fact that you can get mixed vegetables instead of rice. What I don’t like is that they must have a company wide rule that says the drive-through is more important than the people waiting inside. I have experienced this at other panda expresses, and I just experienced it at this Panda Express. I was standing second in line and Right after the man in front of me was helped and checked out somebody in the drive-through showed up. And even though I’ve been standing there for a good three or four minutes they helped the drive-through first. while they were helping the person in the drive-through, another person in the drive-through showed up and instead of just coming back to me and going back-and-forth between the people in the drive-through and the people inside they continued to help the drive-through . It wasn’t until another employee who had been in the back walked up to the front and helped me that I was even acknowledged. Even though I got there before both of the people in the drive-through, I was the last person to be helped. I just don’t care for that so two stars off for being jerks to people who are in your dining room.

Update. This is an egg roll they were trying to sell. For the most part, the food is very good, but the last couple times I have done there is something has been off with the entire crew...

If I could give less stars I would. While waiting to order, the cook burned something and all the smoke came straight towards where me and my kids were standing along with about 6 other people and we all started coughing and opened the door to let the air out. We all coughed for about 5 minutes and most people in line left. I stayed because my daughters were really hungry so I just open d the door to let the smoke out...was not offered any assistance....and no one was offered an apology either. The smoke got out thanks to me...but I didn’t receive a “thank you” either. I let it go and continued to order ...l I’m st my place in line because of the whole incident mind you. Yet I ordered food for my girls. The only thing I ordered for myself was 3 ragoons. The last 3. One of which had no filling and was obviously burned but they gave it to me anyway. When I got to my table I noticed it and told the cashier and sat back down. The cashier told the manager and the manager came to my table and handed it to me almost shoving it in my hand with an annoyed look on her face. No apology no nothing. She just walked away. As we were leaving I looked back and happens to notice the manager and one of the cooks looking at us and they were talking. I don’t know what they were saying but I’m sure it wasn’t nice. I couldn’t believe how horrible this experience was. The food wasn’t cooked...

Got off work I decided to go to panda through the drive thru, the girl taking the order I don't know if she was tried, falling asleep or on medication because I gave her my order and when she repeated my order back it was nothing like what I had said, I gave her my order again and again finally the third time was the winner she got it right, I get to the window and she's just standing there after a few minutes she finally opened the window but she doesn't even greet or say a simple hello she didn't even bother to give me the total amount instead she just put out her hand to grab my credit card then she opened the window again to hand me my food and recipe with my card and doesn't even say thank you for the donation i gave, I get home and opened my food and guess what she didn't even put teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki I ordered didn't give sweet and sour, no soy sauce and no fortune cookie and to make it worse my teriyaki chicken was all fat hardly any meat, guess this will be the last time I give any donation to panda no matter what organization it's for. Went got 3 plates and a bowl was unable to eat 3 of dishes because they served us the burnt bottom of the rice and got minimal beef in my beef broccoli. What little beef i did get was inedible and when I tried to call the restraunt to inform them their food is burnt and bad no one could be bothered to answer the phone. Also cashier in drive thru gave massive attitude when it wasn't needed. Feel like customers seem to just annoy and bother the employees. Gradually has gotten worse throughout the years don't go and waste your money. Total was over $44 and will never waste my money on a company that allows their people to treat their customers like a nuisance. Enjoy the pictures.

They gave him a bag with the wrong order, went back inside and STILL GOT THE WRONG ORDER! He came in and corrected you because you dont know how to listen. He went in with the receipt. As he watched her in front of all customers she changed the order and when i called she said 3 times she how much she fked up! Dont ever go here! This place is garbage! Cant even enjoy our dinner and never even tried to make it right! Disgusting! Gross. Forgot rice on his order why does he have to correct you!

Went got 3 plates and a bowl was unable to eat 3 of dishes because they served us the burnt bottom of the rice and got minimal beef in my beef broccoli. What little beef i did get was inedible and when I tried to call the restraunt to inform them their food is burnt and bad no one could be bothered to answer the phone. Also cashier in drive thru gave massive attitude when it wasn't needed. Feel like customers seem to just annoy and bother the employees. Gradually has gotten worse throughout the years don't go and waste your money. Total was over $44 and will never waste my money on a company that allows their people to treat their customers like a nuisance. Enjoy the pictures.

Husband gave this lady the receipt. It was completely wrong. He received the receipt in drive thru after waiting outside for 15 minutes. They gave him a bag with the wrong order, went back inside and STILL GOT THE WRONG ORDER! He came in and corrected you because you dont know how to listen. He went in with the receipt. As he watched her in front of all customers she changed the order and when i called she said 3 times she how much she fked up! Dont ever go here! This place is garbage! Cant even enjoy our dinner and never even tried to make it right! Disgusting! Gross. Forgot rice on his order why does he have to correct you!
