The first time we arrived was Mother’s Day, here’s the kicker they closed at 3:00 (I didn’t know until I saw the sign) but the super sweet hostess didn’t even say anything so I didn’t even know until I was checking out at near 4:00! Ugh, I was embarrassed but she was like no worries at all! So let me start with that customer service is everything and from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with someone super friendly, eager to show you the shop, and teach you how to get started making you’re own piece of art! It was myself and my daughter and the shop was buzzing for Mother’s Day! Mimosas were bubbling and it was really a great atmosphere. Then you just take 2 more steps in and gahhh the cuteness everywhere! It’s so fun, vibrant, eclectic, and well put together. You can tell the owners put their love into this place, you feel it. My daughter and had a really nice hour together and she’s already received so many compliments on her bracelet. I made an adorable purse charm. It’s fun, you grab your board you look around for inspo, you’re in no rush to shop around and look at all the charms, then you get to sit and make your piece in their craft room. When you’re all done they check your piece and set you off on your way! It’s a great experience and super easy from start to finish. For someone who’s love language is Gift Giving this store is everything, if you like to make a special custom gift this place is it! I need someone Graduation gifts so I swung back by today and it was so chill, had the whole place to myself for a bit. The hostess was just as kind today as the one last weekend! Just super friendly and willing to help and offer feedback if asked. I can’t believe I waited this long to stop by but I’m glad I finally did! I’ll be back soon with my bestie to make BFF bracelets! ✌🏼🤍 My only feedback is the hostess should have a tip jar or something. I know tipping has gotten kinda outrageous lately but I feel they really assist and teach which is definitely worth a little cherry on top. 🙈 (Don’t...
Read moreI was looking for a unique birthday gift/experience for my bestie and I found this place on google. We went in yesterday afternoon and the environment was charming and cozy! I’m awful with names and forgot hers (I’m sorry) but the lady who helped us was so sweet! She explained the process, and checked in a few times to make sure we were doing okay. I like how there are plenty of options for those who don’t wear jewelry, like bag chains, phone charms, etc. There were TWO rooms full of any charm you could imagine with a great range of pricing. The hardest part was choosing what theme I wanted! The vibe was lovely and fun, it was nice to look through everything at our pace with an “I trust you” setting (if you steal from small businesses, you’re the worst). When we picked what we liked, she showed us how to put the charms on the chains and it was a blast! It truly felt welcoming and safe there, and I have told every person I know to...
Read moreI’ve been there 3 times now to make a charm accessory, and even after moving out of Tucson I happily make the drive to go back there for another piece! There truly isn’t another place like it :)
To prove how great the people of Sigfus are: I drove my niece down from Phoenix to make a long-awaited charm necklace for her birthday, and it wasn’t until after we got there that we realized there had been miscommunication between myself and the owner and the shop was actually closed that day. The owner, however, was SO kind and came and opened the shop just for us! My niece felt more special than ever having all of those charms to herself🥹
Wonderful people in a wonderful environment🫶🏻 thank you again for being so accommodating and providing such amazing...
