An employee either tried to shamelessly up-sale, or did not know what he was talking about. I went in to help my sister buy cleats. This place has a big selection and they give you individual help which is nice. When we asked if they had any adult sized shin pads (because I only saw kid sizes left) he said, “It really depends on your preference. See, I would wear these if it were me..” and he brought back shin pads that were 4 inches in height and meant for no older than 10 years old. I was very confused and couldn’t tell if he was joking. My sister hasn’t ever played soccer so perhaps he was just trying to take advantage seeing two girls come in, but I really felt like that was a breach of trust when we are coming to them for advice and he suggests something that he should have definitely known was too small. I don’t even think that size shin pad would be legal in my TWSL team. It’s a safety concern. Either he was just trying to sell something, or he really does not know enough to work at a soccer store. We bought $90 shoes (before taxes) and when we got home I checked the price of them online and they were $60. For 150% price increase and a sales person trying to mislead us— I was really disappointed. I’d much rather support a local shop then Dick’s or Big 5, but this isn’t the type of service I will...

We have been buying our Soccer team gear here for a while. They work one on one with all the club teams and the PCJSL and it is made very easy. They do a great job with everything.

Out of the multitude of items we have gotten here, only time there was a mistake they fixed it immediately, had it reprinted and ready within the same afternoon. The employees are very courteous and have very good knowledge of the sports in which they carry items for, soccer, lacrosse and rugby.

They have a very wide selection of Jersys and other type of soccer accessories. We have found professional equipment in "The Shop" that we have been unable to find in amy other store in the city. Never purchasing from them again. I've been purchasing a soccer jersey for my nephew every year as a Christmas present, and they always end up failing to get the jersey on time for me. There is always an excuse. This last time(2022), I ordered a month earlier, but they "forgot to place the order" for me after I paid everything in full.
