Absolutely adore Cariño!! Itzel and Jonathan are such lovely and inviting people and have crafted a simple but incredibly diverse and delicious menu. They are typically serving coffee from Novela Coffee Roasters, so you know that you’re going to be drinking delicately and masterfully roasted coffee. Of course, making and serving the coffee matters too, and the taste that Cariño pulls out of their espresso is second to none, truly. Deliciously chocolatey with a hint of cherry, it tastes good in just about anything. Cariño is the best coffee experience you’ll get! The owners Jon and Itzel are very intentional and thoughtful with their craft. You can tell they put so much thought into everything, from their ingredients down to the music they play. I had the Miel Canela, and it was the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess.
