I was taking my very first delivery and was not paying attention to the signs around me and made a simple mistake and parked in a covered parking spot. Gave my customer a call and met her in the lobby. It was a quick, in and out, situation. As I’m walking back to my car, I had put my keys into the door to unlock it. This woman came speeding up and parked right behind my car blocking me in and began screaming at me to stop parking in her spot. So I apologized and told her it was just an accident, that I was actually leaving back to work, it wouldn’t happen again. Instead she put her van in park and said she was going to stay there. Got out of her van and went inside. So I had to go back into the lobby to ask her to move her van so I could leave. When the security guard came out he told me I wasn’t in trouble and I said, “I totally understand her frustration, I’m in her spot I shouldn’t have parked there. It was just a simple mistake.” He began to tell me that she didn’t have to be so rude about it. That’s when the lady came back out and started to argue with the security guard, mind you he was taking my side over hers, he then asked me if she was blocking me in. I told him yes, and he told me to call TPD she was kidnapping. Long story short she moved her van after minutes of yelling me pretty much calling me stupid because I couldn’t read the signs. I made sure I was nothing but polite and understanding towards the situation but that didn’t matter. She was furious. When she first blocked me in and got out of her van, I really felt threatened by the woman and thought she was going to put her hands on me. I won’t be taking any pizza deliveries here again, and if I do, I’ll make sure I’m not in a covered spot this time. The security guard was a very...
Read moreMy brother lives at the Tucson House and I dred coming there. The apartments are very big and seem well built. Aside from that the hallways smell aweful, a mixture between vomit, urine and mold. A few of the ever changing security guards are nice bust most seem to have bad attitudes. Some of the residents are friendly but most are rude and act like each one personally owns the place. I can't count how many times one of the residents has come out of their apartments to "correct" me on something like how to use the elevator or ask me where my keys are (I guess to see if I live there?) And one woman who I believe works there who is the laundry rooms C/O. My brother keeps to himself and still has problems with some of the neighbors, although that seems to be anywhere one lives. If it wasn't for the city helping him I would advise him to move but for the most part he seems happy. Thanks...
Read moreI was delivering an order for Instacart, when you first walk in (after getting past the locked doors) it feels like a hospice/jail, no words could begin to describe how filthy and disgusting this place is from the smell, dirty walls, windows and floors with stains,I could assume it’s been years since anyone has cleaned. I’ve been other places I thought were dirt and filthy but compared to the Tucson house they are clean. There is no excuse to live this way. I’d live in the woods before I’d consider this place. If you can afford to order alcohol from instacart, you can afford a few...
