Filiberto’s Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tucson

Very disappointed—wrong order, cold food, and no way to contact the store. I’ve always liked Filiberto’s before, but after this visit I won’t be returning. I usually like Filiberto’s and have had good experiences in the past, but this visit was very disappointing. I ordered a bean burrito kids meal and it was made wrong. My grandma ordered the cheese enchiladas plate, and the food was cold—the enchiladas, the sauce, even the sides. For the price I paid, it just felt like no care went into preparing the food (see pictures). Yes, I could’ve driven back or warmed it up in the microwave, but when you pay almost $23 for a quick bite, you expect it to be right the first time. I even looked online for a phone number to call for an accommodation, but couldn’t find one. Honestly, I usually don’t write reviews like this, but since I couldn’t contact anyone directly, I’m leaving this as my honest feedback. Came just for a kids bean and cheese burrito combo. The cashier hands me a bean and cheese burrito. I ask where the rest is, she tells me I only ordered the burrito and proceeds to argue with me. I told her I'm not paying $9.22 for only a bean burrito. Handed it back and told her I wanted my money back. She tells the cook to remake my order and proceeds to mock me in front of her coworkers. These people need better training on customer service. Very combative and rude because SHE doesn't know how to do her job and took my order wrong. Pretty sure I was still overcharged as well. For years this place has been one of the worst spots for Mexican food. The only change with the renaming and change in ownership has been the pricing. It's always empty, but with a full staff, it's as if they aren't in the business of selling food. If you do manage to convince the staff to make you something, you can tell they were unprepared to make anything. I've lived in the area for 5 years and tried this place maybe once a year because it is always so disappointing.
