UPDATE 5 STAR DOWN TO A 1. I Came in on Wednesday-9/20 @ Exactly 3pm. The man working on the left register if u walked in the front door, has a white beard-Woman next to him on right register wearing black rimmed glasses. I asked him for a mail forwarding form and he Literally shrugged his shoulders and said rudely "DON'T HAVE ANY" just looking at mr with a blank stare leaving Me Asking, OK so when WILL u have some, he said "l DONT KNOW", shrugging his shoulders again, "TRY ONE OF THE BIGGER POST OFFICES". So I left... I work graveyard shifts and it is VERY important I sleep during the day, I was dropping in the grab the form right before going in to work. The next post office is far away from me and it is SO RIDICULOUS TO ME THAT A POST OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE THIS FORM!! What just because it's a "smaller"post office?? THAT IS SO UNACCEPTABLE!! AND UMPROFESSIONAL!! HOW DOES A POST OFFICE NOT HAVE THIS?! DO U KNOW HOW FAR I HAVE TO DRIVE NOW FOR THIS?! 👎👎 The customer service and the fact a post office doesn't have what it is SUPPOSED TO HAVE and now making me drive completely out of my way when i need to be sleeping for work. I would give zero stars if I could. It would have been better if he could have AT LEAST given me an estimate of when they would be getting the forms in. But I guess they aren't a real post office.🤷‍♀️* END OF UPDATE*

I came on Friday Feb 11th @ 245-250pm (because the silverbell location was horrible & the man was horribly mean so i left) & I feel Now like it was ABSOLUTELY MEANT TO BE!! & I WILL NOW BE COMING HERE FROM NOW ON! I went into the post office on numerous occasions and I was sending items to my child's on numerous occasions the recent visit at the post office not only out was I refuse services but I was gossip about to the customers with one of the clerks on May 27th 2021 I have a receipt with the clerks information if I'm not mistaken she was like an oriental woman older woman very loud and her clerk number was the number 12 I'm not sure if that's the same person that I saw are not however I spent close to $100 that day not only was I spoke to in a manner that was indecent I politely ask for the clerk to not to speak to me in that manner far is raising her voice as I was out of breath and I couldn't breathe I didn't eat breakfast that morning so I came straight to the post office and I took a taxi with my taxi which was actually in lifting or an Uber I can't remember left because my ride that I paid for had to leave so I was without a ride because the clerk was unnecessary holding on conversations that she did not need to have when it was a bunch of people in line however when she was on the clock she was able she managed to leave from behind the desk go next door and get three men to come in intimidate me as I was lied on embarrassed talked...

the gentleman working here is the best, fastest and most efficient worker in my experience so far, i’d like to make that clear. however the chubby lady with glasses is utmost unprofessional, rude, misleading and self contradictory. we always trust usps with our shipments but today the oracle road location failed us bad. i believe if people don’t enjoy providing the service that they work and get payed for they might as well quit. i don’t usually complain on anyone but i felt very disrespected and borderline ignored by the chubby lady in glasses at the usps location on oracle road that made up a very silly excuse to not send my package. i’ve sent with this chubby lady many times in the past so it’s really absurd for her to tell me my package was too big when she had never measured my box in the previous occasions. bad service from the only chubby lady in glasses...
