If I could give negative stars, I would this is a long review and it might seem a little confusing but read all the way through and save yourself The trouble.

Let me start by saying I get mad just thinking about this company, they are by far the absolute worst business you will ever deal with. I myself like you who are reading this was interested in this so called rent to own program, what they don’t tell you from get go is the actual price they are charging you. They will tell you the set of 4 tires is $820 and your payments are $46 a week. They say pay it off as fast as you can to get to ownership, you ask what’s the interest they say we don’t charge interest just this tax. Let me tell you the paperwork they give you WILL NOT show your balance owed. It took 6 weeks which I paid every Friday on time, to get a balance from them. There is no communication between their corporate Office in Texas and all of their shops across the country If you tell the place you bought the tires yet my check didn’t hit. I will pay tomorrow morning and they say OK and then you also call corporate and tell them the same thing they were both pretend like you never talked to them and start Texting your phone up to 10 times a day. They overdrafted my account one time $130 with no Authorization whatsoever when I was in the store that same day and my account was up to date and paid. They have also done this to a friend of mine the one that actually referred me. I have recorded phone calls of How they really treat their customers. I only missed one payment and that was due to the fact I wanted to return the product I was unable to because the four tires and wheels that were originally on my car somehow no longer fit. I was forced to put the ones I was financing from them back on. I asked if the payment was due that day. Since I didn’t pay the Friday a few days prior because I was returning, they said no They overdrafted my account over $130 that same night. I go back-and-forth with Them and we come to a resolution So I thought which was make the payment from the Friday prior And the coming of payment at the same time They say OK that’s not a problem which I figured it wouldn’t be because they were the ones who Owe anything for the Friday I didn’t pay. They said they had skipped that payment On my account. Then they show up to my employers while I am working and try to take the tires and wheels off my Vehicle and put it on blocks when I clearly had communicated with Corporate and the store I purchased from that The payment was to be made that same Friday After work mention, I was only missing one payment from the Friday prior That they supposedly skipped on my account for me due to the fact I wanted to return and ended up Return them and ultimately saying OK I’ll continue on with my payments. This company is predatory They do not know how to function in a professional manner, And if you look up on Reddit, all of the Issues customers have gone through. It’s the same story with every single one hard-working people trying to make it Who do pay and Still get treated poorly by this company. Sure, there is some out there who actually are not doing what they’re supposed to do but this Is out to get anyone and everyone for Every dollar they can. Don’t let them lie...

I can not say enough praise for this business! Dustin and James went above and beyond to help me out in a very scary situation. I became stranded with a flat tire at my place of business and being only two weeks in Tucson my only option was to call my triple a to have them change my tire to the spare… at this time triple a notified me that the spare in the car was worse than the flat tire on the car and refused to put it on for safety reasons, and he then pointed out that one other tire was cracked and ready to blow, but he also refused to help me in any way to remedy my problem even tho I am a long time paying customer of theirs. I remembered Dustin coming into my place of business a few days before to let us know of his new business opening up down the block, so I called. These people had no prior experience working with me, I was a stranger who just moved from the east coast, yet they treated me like family! Justin was able to order me the tires I needed to come from another local store because they were an odd size for an older car. They saved me towing costs by having James come to my place of business where he removed the old tires and rims, took them to his shop and replaced them with the new ones… all of the paperwork was able to be done over the phone which really saved me because I was working a ten hour shift and with no car I couldn’t get to their office to do this. I was able to get four brand new tires along with free balance and rotations and alignments for the life of the tires, free roadside service if I pick up a nail and get a flat, and if the flat can not be fixed they will replace it FOR FREE! All of this top notch service plus the 4 brand new tires with alllll of these perks for just $20 down and $13 a week…for a total of $285 ending price!!! I have never experienced such professionalism and courteous help from a place of business before… I am completely indebted to the two guys for helping me, a stranger out in a strange place where I had no where to turn. They left me feeling like family and I will send everyone I meet to...

The lady inside at the desk today in my professional opinion is very rude and should not be working sales at all! Possibly she was having a bad day but to treat a customer looking to purchase new wheels and tires the way she treated me I would never go back. My son and I ended up walking out as the distaste and unprofessionalism was way out of control. I went in to get a quote on 4 new wheels and tires for a 2024 side by side. The gal immediately and rudely stated we don't generally do side by side tires. I understand I stated and i am not looking for side by side tires I am looking for truck tires and new wheels for my side by side. She then rudely said, well what wheel and tire do you want? I stated well Id like to see some options. She huffed and proceeded to go inside to her computer. I asked her inside if she was just not wanting to help me? I stated I didn't understand why such treatment when I am looking to purchase. She stated she was trying to help me and at that point we felt it best to leave the store. This lady is very rude and unprofessional and probably should not be in sales.

I wont tell you stay away as i have purchased tires there before with no issue. However, I will tell you that i would suggest avoiding the gal behind the counter.
