I'm sorry. I feel like I need to say a few things. The cockroaches are out of control here. The walls in the bathrooms are terrible. There is one portion of wood between the stove and dishwasher that has never been connected properly. We have holes in the floor. Both of the pools are not open, and the one on the Jessica side hasn't been open since we m over in. Why would you close the other pool? We are allowed to use the pool at the complex next to us, but it's so gross and over chlorinated. The maintenance here is awful. My building flooded from the sewer a couple of months ago, and my neighbors begged the maintenance man if they could have him or if he could quickly clean up the water and he refused. Their walls were damaged, and so were some of their things. I don't have a problem with anyone who speaks a different language, but the maintenance here don't speak English at all. They don't understand what you're asking for at all. Every time I have called the office, I'm put on hold, and they never return to the call. They are constantly shutting off the water to our building. For over 2 months, we had no outdoor lights. I'm disabled and I couldn't see a foot in front of me. The water pressure is terrible and showers her are awful. The water goes from scalding to freezing constantly. They charge 70 dollars for water and garbage. I have lived in huge houses and never paid that much. It should be based on the individual. I forgot to mention that last year we ended up moving because the landlord came by one day and gave us a 1 day notice to vacate because my esa puppy jumped up and down in my back porch. We pleaded with them. He wouldn't budge. Even though she was a support animal. After talking to the regional office they recommended that we just move. So we told them we were leaving. The manager swore he would work with us. We'll they didnt. Now we owe w months rent and they charged us for things we complained about. It was the worst place I have...

I try not to leave bad reviews but I feel I must be honest. Living here for the past year has been very unpleasant. The first 6 months of living here the water was getting turned off at least once a month, one time even went 4 days without hot water, was very frustrating. Should've took note from the other reviews, noticed so many roaches from the first night we moved in, and no matter how many times we had people come and spray, lay baits, how many times I sprayed and laid baits nothing ever worked. Next night they'd just be all over the place again and wed clean the house just about every single day. We called to tell them we were noticing termite funnels and I kid you not they sent someone who wasn't certified, (his words, not mine) so literally nothing was done about that, no follow up or anything. Had to take matters into our own hands but looks like they're back. So many homeless people going through the dumpsters and hanging out in the parking lots. I know the apartments recently went under new management and they all seem pretty nice but sadly it just hasn't been ideal living here. The apartment itself is pretty nice, the rooms are big. A few minor things that are kind of a nuisance, like plugs not staying plugged into the outlets for whatever reason, outside front door light never worked, so was a pain getting in at night. Never received a key for our closet on the back porch. Theres a few other things I can add but I'll leave it at this, wont even get into all the annoying stuff since they started remodeling, don't think it's worth the rent increase as well, was paying 1192 for the 2b1b, and believe they're upping it to a little over 1400, but guess rents just going up everywhere. Moved into here from a house so this definitely killed the idea of apartment living for us, hopefully they can turn it around but just overall glad this will be our last couple...

I wish I could give zero stars I’m doing this review as a warning for anyone trying to move in. I moved in originally when it was Eastyn Park and started having major issues which I have documented through email. They currently have a roach problem, second floor apartments are caving in the structure is terrible the maintenance people leave a mess on the floor and have had to change my tire twice because of nails and things they leave on the ground the paint job is atrocious. I called to break my lease where I was quoted $1415 as my final amount I told the girl I’d be out by the 30th and she said it was fine. I spoke with a girl who didn’t know anything who kept putting me on hold to speak to the manager who obviously can’t manage because she never got on the phone to discuss these issues just kept letting the girl who knew nothing be the middle man. They stated they didn’t know who I spoke to and tried to charge me way more than I originally was quoted. The office finds everyone but themselves to blame for the last 2 yrs I’ve been here and when someone is about to fix the issue they are “fired” or “no longer work there”. Save your money and go elsewhere. They are now threatening to send over to collections because they have people working there who don’t know anything including the managers.
