Disappointed. I asked for a regular manicure with a paraffin wax treatment. I explained to the nail tech that the skin on my fingers is really dry. I’m a healthcare worker so I wash my hands a lot. The tech didn’t leave the paraffin on my hands for very long. After she took it off, she spent more time picking the paraffin off of her own nails than she did massaging my hands and arms. Being that they do this kind of thing all the time, I would have thought that a little paraffin on her own nails wouldn’t have bothered her so much. I feel like she could have waited until the end to pick the extra paraffin off her nails and focused on the customer instead . For people who are thinking that it was a lot of paraffin, it wasn’t. It was literally tiny little flakes. The palm of my hand was left looking and feeling really dry, which is bizarre because it wasn’t dry to begin with. It was the area around my fingers that was dry. Those little red specks are nail polish that was left on my hand.

On top of that, the water that she had me soak my fingers in before she even started the service was really cold. Maybe this was just a one off experience. I know that Larry or Kim would have done a good job. Maybe I’ll just have to ask for them specifically next time. I like to support local small businesses, but I had the exact same treatment at a Visalia nail place two weeks ago and it was so much better. I’m sorry but the same exact same service, with the exact same price, and much better quality is enough to make me drive to...

I usually go for a pedi and they always came out great. But this time I Went in for a full set with chrome gel polish, for my graduation. Sad to say this was not worth any of my $$. There was a brown hair from the brush in one of the nails, and she blamed it on the grey jacket i wore.....The nails were not smooth and the chrome shine really showed off all of the uneven dents in the nails. The chrome was patchy on some parts of the nails. The shapes r all different too I was not happy. I walked back in to have them fix it or take off the chrome but they just added more chrome and kept saying that’d just how the chrome is u don’t kno because you’ve never had it. I said yes I have it on my toes right now, and some of the other finger nails don’t look dented or patchy ? So I didn’t get it and ended up leaving still shaking my head unhappy with the $50 I spend :/ sad to say I won’t...

This place came highly recommend (and talked about) by a family member who is a regular at this place so I gave it a shot well I only gave 3 stars because I called and asked how much for a pedi and polish she said it would be $22 so I made the appointment, after soaking my feet for a bit she pulled out the first foot to start the pedi then stopped and said "Oh for you $35" I was a little embarrassed I take care of my feet so they weren't that damn bad lol and also since it's the day before Mother's Day and they were busy I didn't want to seem unappreciative so I paid it I will say that she did do an awesome job but you gotta watch the pricing with them!!
