Black Pearl Boba & Tea — Restaurant in Tulare

I've been here twice now since it's been open with my friends, and I have already planned another trip soon with all of my friends. We love it. As a vegan, boba can be hit or miss with limited options, but not here at Black Pearl! Everything here is Gluten Free and Vegan!!! EVERYTHING! They offer almond and oat milk as milk options. There are endless combinations, so hard to choose one! So far I highly recommend the Sunset Glow, Peach Tea, Rose Milk Tea, and Jasmine Milk Tea. Prices are average boba prices ($4 & up), and definitely worth the price! The staff are clean, friendly and sweet, and have been giving customers boba stickers. Recommend going here! A couple and friends and I always meet up for Boba in Visalia, but this time decided to try this place in Tulare. Friend 1 is picky about his Rose Milk Tea, but he loved it! He loves that he doesn’t have to go to Dinuba for it! Friend 2 loved the fruit tea, not too sweet he said. The had good music playing, as well as the music video playing. They also have a cute little automatic piggy bank that takes your coin! I recommend bringing some change to make it work!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the K-pop posters all on the wall AND THE MUSIC, you guys stan amazing Kpop artists. I also thought it was really cool that you played the music video of the song that was playing over on the tv you had near the entrance. AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SO AWESOME AND NICE! I really loved having visited for the 3rd time!
