Although looking for our house was stressful and long, the process of obtaining financing was RIDICULOUSLY fast and easy. Our loan officer Micah pretty much held our hand through the entire process. He explained things clearly and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Micah introduced us to options we didn't know we could take which eventually lead to our home purchase. Right from pre approval we received a list of documents we'd need to provide our lender from start to finish. Having this information available to us so early made underwriting a breeze. No running around and no last minute surprises at closing.

Charinity, our document processor was so kind and always willing to answer my calls. If she needed anything she was quick and to the point. Her work was integral to getting us to the finish line. We closed EARLY!!

ZfG mortgage is the best mortgage company out there before going with them I had tried MidFirst bank in Oklahoma city and the loan officer just kept giving me the runaround she never returned my calls but as soon as I called ZFG mortgage they were so easy to worked with. Fareed was great he's a wonderful person he always picks up your phone calls no matter what time or what day it is Michelle was great getting all my paperwork for the pre approval asap. Nick was wonderful also getting paperwork to me and from me and Patty getting me my loan to processed and closing done. Everybody was great everybody was absolutely amazing I am surprised at their customer service they love what they do because they do it so well even though they were in Tulsa it was such a piece of cake getting things to them because they respond to you immediately I wish I could give them a higher rating because 5 stars is not enough for all that they did for us. People who have rated them lower than a 5 star, I do not believe that they have purchased with ZFG mortgage because they will literally get you the best credit out there and the highest loan possible with the lowest interest rate. I am just amazed not only that but we received some wonderful cookies in the mail on their behalf and they were absolutely delicious thank you everyone at ZFG mortgage....
