I placed an order in April 2022. It's now October 2022. I haven't received my order, yet they still have my money. I keep asking their customer service for an update and they keep telling me they haven't received supplies yet and give me a new date that we just keep passing.
Update 2/10/23: YES I AM A CUSTOMER. Do you really want me to post screenshots of emails showing how you refuse to refund me my $119.10 despite never shipping my order? You want your excuse after excuse posted here? You want your bait and switch email claiming you can't give me a refund but will instead give me a "gift card"? How about you GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
Are you telling me there is no Dan Wallace there? He's been responding to all of my emails (now 25 total). Are you really going to lie and tell me I have the wrong company? That is just pathetic!
Update 2/10/2023: interesting how I post this and you send a refund in minutes - Not the full amount though. I assume it's because of the transaction fees, but why should you have to pay it? After all, you sold something to me that you never sent, gave me excuses for 10 months, then gave me a partial refund so you don't take a loss. What do I have to show for it? No item, wasted time, and lost money. What do you have to show for it? A negative review where you pretend I'm not a customer.

I preordered an item for a Christmas present that said ships December but it still didn’t ship by 12/9 so I contacted them to cancel my preorder since it would most likely not be received by Christmas. They told me I cannot cancel a preorder which I don’t understand why. It’s not like they wouldn’t be able to sell it. It was a sold out product by the time I asked to cancel my order. I found the exact product in a local store that restocked before Christmas so I got it there and now it’s January and it still didn’t ship. I just want to cancel my order!
