I did a to-go order. When I arrived, I stood at the front for several minutes waiting for someone to see me. There was a waitress to my right that was bagging someone's to go order. She didn't look at me even once and she was not more than about 10 feet away and could see the front just fine. I waited patiently for her to say something for about 3 or 4 minutes. She never did, so finally I stepped a little closer and told her I had a to-go order to pick up. She asked my name and I asked if I could have an extra side of ranch.Without saying anything else she walked away. She didn't smile, she didn't greet me, she didn't say she was sorry for my wait or anything. She really seemed like she didn't want to be there. She didn't say anything rude or anything but she also wasen't friendly. While I was waiting on her to get my ranch I did have two other waitresses come up to me and ask if I was being taken care of. The were both very nice, they were smiling and acted like they were happy to assist me. I told them I was being taken care of and thanked them. A few minutes later the to-go waitress came back, put my ranch in the bag and put the receipts on the table and she told me to sign the top copy. That's literally the only words she spoke to me. She didn't say have a nice night or thank you or anything. The food was fine, cooked the way I asked. I'm not trying to get the girl in trouble, however I've worked in customer service for over 10 years. Showing the customer that you care that they are there and showing appreciation is very important to me. And in the current climate with restaurants and things like retail really suffering, it's even more important. Being nice and welcoming to someone is the only thing that will keep these businesses alive and thriving. I do hope that someone will talk to her. I think it was around 8pm or so when I went to the hooters that evening. I'm not sure what her name was but it looked like she was the dedicated waitress putting together to-go orders. I hope someone will talk to her about the way she acted and help her with her customer...
Read moreTook are son there for his 21st Birthday and made a reservation. Got there and they did not reserve anything for us and put us at a high table even though I requested a table because some of the guest was not able to sit on the bar stools. The waitress had a very poor attitude and was not friendly at all. Never smiled one time. We ordered drinks and had to ask 3 times for one of the guest drink then she had a puzzled look and ask if we ordered that drink and looked at her order pad and realized she wrote it down and did not bring it. Later I had to ask 2 times for my drink and one of the guest ask for a draft beer and she brought him a bottle. When the food was brought to the table it was very cold and the waitress realized that she forgot to put in what I ordered. By the time my order came out everyone was done eating. I did not have to complain the manager seen that the waitress messed up several times so he came over to appoligize and offered us a pitcher of beer. I told him that I did not want my order because everyone was ready to go. The outcome he took some off our bill and later I looked at the reciept and realized that he charged me for food I did not get and double charged me for things. Need I say the birthday party Sucked! You only turn 21 once and this was the worst...
Read moreWe came for dinner on Friday evening and it wasn't too busy. We were immediately seated, but weren't greeted for nearly 5+ minutes. The waitress finally came to our table and apologized for being "really slammed" even though there were multiple empty tables in her section. She took our drink order which consisted of two waters and a mango tea, along with our appetizer order, fried pickles. My wife and I both ordered the same thing, six traditional wings, flats only, hers with lemon pepper dry rub and mine with Cajun dry rub. She wanted ranch and I wanted Bleu cheese. After another five minutes, she brought one water and the tea. She never brought the second water for us. Approximately fifteen minutes later, she arrived with our food, however neither of our plates were flats only. She apologized and took the food back to get it fixed. After about fifteen minutes, she finally brought our food back out and they were all flats this time, however, there was literally no dry rub on either order, bar a couple of sprinkles. Additionally, mine had ranch and not blue cheese. We also had to ask more than once for drink refills. The waitress was apologetic and took a small amount off of our tab, however the food quality and service were definitely sub-par and we probably won't be back for...
