Subway — Restaurant in Tulsa

Friday November 13, 2020 1947pm. The worst customer service ever provided at this location. Was not greeted when walked in the door it sounds like there was a party going on in the back room. When I finally was greeted, it was a very unwelcoming as it felt like they didn't want to be working. I asked for double meet and a Italian bmt. The guy behind the counter kept looking every where putting on the pepperoni and salami, I repeated I would like double meet and he just kept making the sandwich like he didn't hear me. When he asked me which cheese I wanted I realized he had not added the double meat an was missing the ham from the sandwich. Got it toasted and on to the veggies it didn't get any better.

Poor experience, I still chose to eat my dinner in the dinning area and sit back and observe. I could hear them in the back room complaining about how I wanted my sandwich. I got thru my sandwich and observed another customer walk in for 3 sandwiches and it only got worse for that customer as she asked them outright are you new by chance and they claimed does it look like I am new here as they messed up one of her sandwiches by adding the wrong dressing to it. She asked them to remake it and again the gentleman just scrapped off the dressing and stated there its gone. You could tell she was getting frustrated as well.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. Went in and got 2 foot Longs one with bacon and chicken added 1 drink and 1 bag of chips. The total came to 31$. When i asked why it was so high the man (who had a beard with no beard net) told me it was because of the chicken and bacon and that the price was right. Still didn’t seem right so i swiped my card and waited for the receipt which ended up being wrong. They charged me for 2 meals and then 2 large drinks. Which i only got one meal. The other was just the sandwich nothing extra. They rang up the sale again and said they fixed it. We figured it was right since they had to re ring it up again but when we got down the street and looked it was wrong again. Still charged me for a bag of chips i didn’t get (after asking if i only had 1 to which i replied yes only 1). We called to ask what the deal was and what he could do about it and he told me “the computers were down so i can’t do anything for you” even though we had just been in there 3 minutes prior. Absolutely ridiculous that they messed it up twice. Also People working seemed very lethargic and zoned out because i had to keep repeating my order because they couldn’t remember. Will definitely be contacting the manager or corporate if it doesn’t...

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Waited In line for almost 20 minutes while 1 girl made 1 sandwich. Finally a Male worker walked out from the back and started to help. It took alot longer than usual to get my 2 sandwiches and it seemed like they kept forgetting what we ordered and asked us multiple times to repeat it. When we got to the register we were way overcharged, they said it was $32 for 2 footlongs with one of them getting a chip and drink. When I complained about the price the male worker looked it over and told me I was incorrect and that the price was right. After the receipt was printed off I was confirmed correct and saw that we got overcharged. They redid the transaction and I left due to being late to work. When I saw the 2nd receipt were overcharged AGAIN!! this time we got charged for 2 bags of chips when we clearly stated that we just had one. I called the store and the man who overcharged me answered the phone and when I told him I got overcharged again he sarcastically told me the computers were down and that there wasnt anything he can do for me now.. And on top of all of this, there were no cookies stocked, barely any chips stocked, and they were out of the dressing that I asked for. Wont be...
