When I visited the store one year ago, I received great customer service. Recently, we moved and had challenges putting our bedroom furniture back together, specifically the headboard to our bed. I went to the store in hopes that they would be willing to help me and Beau overextended himself. He offered to come to my home the next day to attempt to fix and if unable, find another solution.
