We live approximately 1 hour from the store and purchased dumbells and a stand. The box for the stand had been opened and I asked if all the pieces were there and told yes, they checked. After arriving home, of course the stand was missing the back panel. I called the store and was told they would be in my area on Tuesday and would drop the piece off. Tuesday came and went with no contact, I contacted them again on Thursday and was told they did not have the piece and would order from manufacterer and drop ship to my house...I asked why I was not contacted on Tuesday and did not receive a response. After waiting for 1 month, I took the stand back to the store and there was the back panel that they supposedly just received...apparently NOT drop shipped to my house. My partner and I went to Dick's to buy a set of dumbbells and a bench. I won't put the aforementioned on blast here, but suffice it to say things didn't go well, and we decided to purchase our goods elsewhere. We stumbled across Push Pedal Pull while searching online for the items we wanted at another retailer. We called, not realising they were closing for the day, and found the dumbbells we needed. Not only did we save money over Dick's, but the extremely knowledgeable gentleman who answered the phone was nice enough to stay open until we showed up to buy. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lot's of stock on the floor so you can actually try a piece of equipment before purchase. Convenient location right off the Creek Turnpike. Prices are competitive plus they service what they sell. It all adds up to us making a purchase from Push Pedal Pull and being glad we did.

Update: Their installation option was a great choice too. The installers were prompt, courteous and quick. And they hauled away all the packing material leaving behind a machine that works perfectly and an owners manual. Great experience all...
