Stefania Skrabak and her team were fantastic to work with. They not only have the design expertise but also a list of top-notch subcontractors to finish our job in a timely manner. They are all masters in their trade. We initially contacted Stefania to assist us with our outdated family room. She came to our home and assessed that our needs were not being met with our current configuration in our kitchen/hearth room. After seeing Bailey's architectural plans to reconfigure the kitchen, we saw how it made sense to utilize the space we had and add an eat-in island to help solve our storage problem and add seating around the island. The cabinets we selected are not only beautiful but built to last. Stefania had all the best contacts to complete our project. She thought of so many big and little things we would have never thought of. We are so appreciative to Stefania and all her staff for their dedication and professionalism they displayed while working on our project. They handled all the scheduling and most of the details of the project. While it wasn't cheap to complete this large scale project, we feel it is worth it as we will live in and enjoy our home for many years to come. Ultimately, we did an almost entire first floor remodel and we love it. As Stefania predicted, we are using rooms we never had spent time in. My recent visit to the store left me feeling like it was a missed opportunity for both the business and myself. I had initially gone in to check out a sample of fabric I had seen online, but things took an odd turn when "Darby" insisted that I buy the item from her right then and there. When I questioned this approach, her response was that it would help the store stay afloat. I think there was something in it for her personally...perhaps a commission.

I understand the importance of supporting local businesses, so I agreed to her request. But my interest didn't stop there—I was also keen on purchasing a full linen sheet set, comforter, and duvet cover. However, my enthusiasm quickly dwindled when Darby directed me to another part of the store to check out the sheets and then promptly abandoned me.

I waited patiently for nearly 15 minutes, hoping for her return, but it never happened. Instead, I was left feeling neglected as I observed Darby comfortably chatting with two other sales associates and a man at the front table.

It's disappointing to have such an experience, especially when I genuinely like the store's decor style. However, the lack of a friendly and attentive atmosphere from the employees left me feeling unvalued as a customer. This missed opportunity means I'll have to explore other upscale stores that are more willing to work with me in furnishing my newly built home on the lake...

The experience at the store was exceptional. Kathy was very helpful. The three star review here is due to less than acceptable delivery. It states on the website that delivery is 3 to 10 days to most areas. Kathy confirmed that I would have my chairs before Thanksgiving. It seems rather than shipping the chairs to Tulsa and then from Tulsa to our location, Missouri is in the Kansas City area instead.
