University is a healthy and growing congregation with a welcome atmosphere, I felt at home here from the start. The stone walls of the sanctuary were laid by parishioners over 100 years ago, with tall ceilings and beautiful stained glass that create a quiet sense of reverence. The chancel choir, pipe organ and bell choir bring together high liturgical worship, Rev. Matt Patrick delivers biblical preaching and the Eucharist is offered to all who come seeking to make their heart right with God. Across the main corridor is another wing (also built by the hands of laity) that houses bible studies for all ages, discipleship training classes, a daycare program for the kids, a food pantry for the local community, and the Great Hall where fellowship dinners and banquets are often held. This is an absolutely Gorgeous church ! My family attended the annual Christmas bell ringing and Christmas carols last night and let me just say ... WOW ! This church has the most beautiful stained glass windows ceiling to floor - old antique cut stone and a pitched roof - feels like something straight out of France from decades ago - simply gorgeous!
