I placed a mobile order at 5:57PM for instore pickup. Went up to the counter and was told they did not see my order. I then pulled up my email confirmation showing that I was charged and was at the correct store. Then the cashier told me they found the order on another screen. The store was already very busy and the person in front of me didn’t get his food until 20 minutes later. After waiting 30 minutes and seeing several other customers who came in after me get their food, I went up to the counter and asked where my order was and expressed that I had been waiting 30 minutes. The cashier disappeared into the back for 5 minutes with my phone in hand (with the order confirmed pulled up). At that time a younger girl in plain non work clothes comes in and places two boxes of frozen ground beef on the counter and asked if my order had been taken. I proceeded to tell her that I placed a mobile order over 30 minutes ago (40 mins at this point) and still haven’t received my order and that I was informed that it was being made when I got there. She then disappeared to the back for another 5-10 minutes. She then comes back but just starts to leave. The cashier then stopped her and said that she needs to refund my money because she’s the only one that can. The girl then turns to me and says I’ll have to contact corporate to get a refund and they can’t refund me in the store. I said “so what am I supposed to do? I have no money and no food and I’ve just been sitting here for over 30 minutes for no food nor resolution. She then acted irritated and said “well if you tell me what you ordered then I can have them make it or I can just give you the corporate number.” So I just asked for the number because at this point I am beyond livid and frustrated. She then gets someone on the phone to give her the phone number (which I called and it wasn’t even the correct number). I then asked her who the general manager of the store was and it just so happens to be her. This rude young girl who was not courteous nor helpful. I said so you are the general manager and you’re doing absolutely nothing to resolve this issue and her response was “I’m not even supposed to be here right now”. I come from 6 years in the service industry as a manager and as the general manager she should be taking more responsibility for this issue. And should definitely NOT be saying that she “shouldn’t even be here right now”. This is not how I expect to be treated and am very dissatisfied with the lack in service and customer service. I expect to be contacted by this store’s district manager or the corporate office to resolve this awful experience and to receive my...

Read moreIt was in 1836, El Paso TX, that the then Governor of the newly minted title and more commonly known for his failed rebellion, Tucker "The Taco" Pinks McAnus Bell formed the New Rebuplic of Taco Bell. Fun fact here: Ted Cruz as well as Tucker Carlson are descendents of the horrible man himself. You see the Bell family had for a many generations were in the business (or scaming depending on your political stance) of selling wooden hazelnuts as the 'real' thing. It would seem that this endeavor was met with some degree of success, making literally hundreds of dollars. That is until all of the family's trees were destroyed in a fire started Tucker as he was a fan of cooking anything he could by heat from his muskets barrel. Countless members of his family died from food borne illnesses brought on from his maladaptive unsanitary methods. He and his followers tried to storm a cattle ranch where the Bell members believed a secret recipe was hidden. It's unsure of why or even how, but the assailants had somehow set themselves afire and were then crushed by a unrelated stampede of cattle followed by a parade that was scheduled previously. Little if any is remembered by or even printed in our history books. Matters worsen as all surviving works were destroyed by a book burning event several decades later. Weird AF and bizarre are the words to describe this embarrassing moment in...
