Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Tulsa

Stopped by the one on East 11th to grab a premade chicken Cesar salad. It has THREE ingredients considering the croutons and dressing just come in packets they throw in the bag . They - being whoever made the salads couldn’t be bothered to put the parm cheese on the salad and the guy at the counter was no help . He stated “ idk thats just how ours come “ and handed me parm packets f@@king LAZY !!! Then the side of mozzarella I ordered was not put in the bag nor my ranch - I paid for these I expect to get what I paid for and them to be done right. Failed it Mazzios ! I have no idea why the guy at the counter acted like I had killed his dog today when I picked up online lunch orders for myself and a few of my coworkers. Made me feel uncomfortable and guilty, as if I had done something wrong, when I was just picking food from a restaurant. The orders weren't even complicated. Sorry to be so much trouble to actually order and pick up food at a restaurant. The food was good, and all was correct, so no problem there. This location is only 1.5 miles from where I live. Yet I can't order a delivery online. For whatever reason your "area managers" rezoned my area due to the downtown Elgin store closing. So, now I have to order some place much farther away, W. Edison. Which quotes delivery times at 85-90 minutes. Only seems to accept timed orders online, yet it won't do that either!
