Blind Pig Spirits also offers Moonshine 101 - A Hands on Experience, a 3-hour hands on session that ends with your own bottle of Moonshine. Spent sometime in Olympia over the weekend and while we were out and about we stopped into Blind Pig Spirits! It was my first time at a Whiskey distillery and they didn't disappoint! Awesome place, very refreshing and cool layout, and wow what craft moonshine and single malt vodka. $1 tastings. They need to get this stuff in local restaurants.
