My family and I ate here a couple times before we decided to give it another try. On 7/29/2024, my husband and I and our 6 yr old had dinner here. The moment we walked in, I immediately smelled the filthy carpet. I thought perhaps it was just the waiting area or the outside since people were coming in and going out and bring in a weird smell. We waited a few minutes before we were seated as one of the workers told us she will clean a table for us and then come back to get us. She came back and took us to a booth. The table was wiped with a wet cloth (obvious as it was wet) but parts of it were sticky from sauces. The place wasnât packed or busy as the last two times we went. We sat down and waited forever! The service was awful. We were sitting there waiting on anyone to at least bring out some drinks. 3 people came by our table at 3 different times and told us ââŚwill be right with you in a min.â We waited about 30 minutes before a person finally came. By then, I have lost my patience. The ordering process was ok but not great - the issue arose from ordering my kiddoâs food when I asked if the boneless wings came plain but the server stood there and tried to explain to me that they have a breading on it⌠like duh đ I do know that, I was asking in reference to sauce⌠my kiddo wanted honey bbq boneless wings and a ranch dipping sauce. Anyway, we ordered the rest of our food and waited. I was surprised that the wait for our food wasnât as long as the wait when we first sat down, and for that they get a star âď¸ however, the food did not taste good. My husband ordered a 6 piece salt & vinegar traditional wings and I ordered honey bbq. Neither of these tasted like what theyâre supposed to. We had salt & vinegar wings from WinCo in Lacey before and they were delicious. WinCoâs salt & vinegar tasted way better than the salt & vinegar wings from this so called Wings place. The mac and cheese tasted like the box mac & cheese (Kraft). Fries tasted like nothing. The only good things that tasted good were the onion rings & fried pickles. Unfortunately, the rest of the food was not good. Afterwards, we paid our food and I gave a tip more than the suggested tip on their receipt which they based off the the total before tax. Our total after tax was $52.09. I tipped $12.00, which brings the total to $64.09. The tip given is reasonable despite their service and the food not tasting good. I tip very generously based on service and the food and I feel like what I tipped is way more than they deserved here at this place. The fact is, I am NOT obligated to tip but it has become and expectation of many restaurants & servers but they fail to realize that a tip should be earned and for this situation specifically, some people might not have tipped at all. Anyway, I added tip and signed the receipt and we left. Today (07/30/24), I received a notification from my cash app that the final amount for Buffalo Wild Wings has updated from $52.09 to $67.09. Now, I know $3 is not a lot of money they added to the tip but it isnât about the money to me but the principle. I called Buffalo Wild Wings & spoke to a manager who checked and told me that I am correct, the tip was $12.00 and total should be $64.09 and not $67.09. The manager tried to tell me that she wanted to check the receipt to make sure and then commented on my handwriting being clear and legible and I responded, of course I know I wrote clearly $12.00 on the receipt and no doubt about that. She then apologized and told me she will issue the refund and talk to the server when he comes in later tonight for his shift. I guess a lesson here is to always keep a copy of your receipt and write the amount of tip you gave on your copy as well in case of these types of situations. I donât recommend this place to anyone, however, some people might still like eating there no matter what. Now we have tried it 3 times, never again. Btw, the other 2 times we ate here, we had a larger party (7 people) and everyone in my party at that time complained about the service as well being...
Read moreThis place has completely gone down hill. I have been coming here for years with a group of friends but I think we will be switching to a new location. Our last experience was a joke. The staff were all over the place and making all kinds of mistakes. I hate putting up bad reviews online because I know how devastating they can be for a business but perhaps this will help more than it will help. First things first, the new menus are ridiculous. Apart from barely being able to open the darn things because of how tightly stuck together the pages are the cover scratches off by simply brushing your finger against it. They look nice at first glance but they are not practical and are actually annoying for the customer. I agree the menu could have used a make-over but this was a poor decision by B-dubs. As far as our food went by best friends wife had dry and luke-warm wings. Took nearly 10 minutes for the waiter who was serving us to bring her sauce to help with this and they were completely cold by the time it arrived. I ordered some double cheeseburger that was featured in the menu that looked amazing and quite large but was greeted with something that looked like it had been slapped together at McDonalds. The soda I ordered was flat because the machine had run out of mix and so that had to be replaced.... and the craziest thing was that during all of this there were staff sitting behind us probably on break but having a good time while our server was struggling to try and do their job. It was obvious she was a little flustered, yet very sweet and eager to help, and no one got up to help. I guess that is not how the job goes but was definitely unpleasant to witness. I could go on with other things that were wrong that night but I think that it is clear the direction the company is moving is away from its customers and towards its bottom line. Good luck with that, you...
Read moreCame here for an impromptu lunch. Been a few years since I've been to a buffalo wild wings.
The prices were on par with other restaurants in the area. I came with my family during lunch.
My wife ordered a side of Mac and cheese and a side of cheese curds and iced tea.
My son ordered the mac and cheese off kids menu which came with fries and chocolate milk.
I ordered the sampler platter and an iced tea. On my sampler platter I ordered the Thai curry sauce for my boneless wings. Probably not the best choice in sauces for me but I wanted to try something new. The wings were cooked perfectly and very juicy, but I was not a huge fan of the sauce. (But that's just the sauce and others may like that flavor). On the sampler platter I also had the nachos, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks. The onion rings were perfectly cooked as well. The mozzarella sticks could have benefited from another minute in the deep fryer as the cheese wasn't fully melted in the middle when hitting the table. As for the nachos they were interesting but the chops were really thin to be a good chip for a nacho holding everything.
Overall our server was very friendly and respectful. The iced tea wasn't prepped and we had to wait a while, but server did bring waters while we waited. The iced teas on arriving were not very strong and has a very mild tea taste.
Overall the food was good, however the food did not come out all at the same time (which we asked for specifically since I ordered a sampler platter (appetizer) as my meal. Where I appreciate food hitting the table ASAP, I also have a hard time eating until my family has their food on the table too. That was definitely my largest issue.
Will most likely be coming...
