I had told the shop owner that I needed a plain black suit for my grandmothers funeral. He took my measurements and he had me pick a suit out of a catalog. I informed him once again that I just need a plain black suit and it doesn't need to be anything flashy. I picked up the suit Friday and left out of town for the funeral on Monday. When opened the suit I immediately noticed a tacky pinstripe going down the pant leg, a hole in the left leg, and the pants were extremely oversized. I would have thought for a $187 rental the quality would have been much better. It was too late to take it back to the shop so I ended up just buying slacks. When I came to return the suit I voiced my issues with the shop owner and he rudely told me "well you get what you get with suit rental" and did nothing to compensate for the suits poor quality. I will never go here again and recommend nobody else does as well.
