After 3 weeks went by and had not been called to schedule a delivery time I called the turlock store. The gal said they had not even been ordered my recliners yet because they haven't gotten the minimum order for that particular company yet. I was mad to say the least, she said the other girl who sold us the chairs should have told us about the minimum and apologized. I told her if they were not in the store in 2 weeks I was getting my money back. Magically they were ordered the next day and delivered the following Saturday.
