Very bad experience. They like to play game when you want to return the merchandise that you ordered online. They will use the excuse that their scanner machine can't find your order number and make you stand there and wait for them to call the online representative to refund your money. Basically they don't want you to return your online purchase at their store....plain and simple. No other store does that except this store (at Tustin Marketplace) . Don't buy anything...

The last time I went I was not greeted. As I walked around looking for my size, I wasn't helped. I looked around for reps, but they were too busy with each other talking about their Christmas party. I am glad they get along, but NOT to see a customer when the store is almost empty? This is also not the first time I get ignored.
