I had the most wonderful experience at the Athleta store in Tustin, thanks to the store manager Natalie and her associate Vanessa. Natalie truly stood out with her exceptional service—despite being busy with many customers, she provided personal attention to everyone. She offered thoughtful styling advice and helped me find pieces that fit my needs perfectly, all while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Vanessa was equally helpful, and the entire team reflected the same warm, kind, and attentive attitude. Shopping there felt like visiting a best friend’s home, with a boutique-style experience that’s so rare in retail today. In contrast, the Newport Beach location, though larger, was high-pressure, impersonal, and pushy—an experience I’d never want to repeat. Just recently started exploring this brand. Had made a purchase at a different store and came here to return a wrong size. Tried on a variety of pants while I was here finding new styles and fits. I could not have had a better experience. There were four employees on and they were ALL extremely helpful. One employee, Devin, was a HUGE help in my finding the correct size. He was so helpful, that I ended up keeping the pants I went to return because he was so thorough with explaining how the brand fits and what to expect (pants were not uncomfortable, personal concern they were too tight). Went in tonight and had en encounter with employee with red short hair that refused to give her name and started yelling at me. She was argumentative, abusive and unprofessional. I was told that I could make an exchange and she went on to yell and me and threatened to call security to her advantage because she couldn’t handle a situation professionally and started yelling which lead to argument. I always come to this location and have never encountered such arrogance. An employee should never act like this female did tonight at 745 pm. What a way to start the...
