We went to support a local business on a rainy, fall day. We were the only customers when we pulled up; a few came while we were there. However, when we left, we were the only customers in the store. I’ve shopped the store previously and found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Today’s visit has resulted in my choosing NOT to support this business. The owner was rude, discourteous, and chose not to honor a request for something she agreed to prior to my checking out. Can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience my mom and I had at In the Wind yesterday! My mom is in a wheelchair and the AMAZING staff provided THE BEST shopping experience for us!
