Max's Country Golf — Local services in Tyngsborough

I am DISGUSTED!! I have been going to Max's for years and have always had a great time. Well, today....I had a horrible experience with the OWNER!!! My 72 year old Mother was trying to use her card as a credit card rather than a debit card. The OWNER got frustrated and told her he didn't know how to use the machine for a credit card. She was then trying to cancel it and had to get her reading glasses out to see the keypad. He looked at her with disgust, made a face and said "I'll take whoever is next". Apparently, she wasn't worth his time and wasn't deserving of his time. When I stepped up to the counter, he suddenly started to change his demeanor.

I wanted to address the issue immediately. However, I was so angry I wasn't able to compose myself and remain calm and I didn't want ruin the afternoon for my daughter, my niece and my Mother.

After we did the golf, bumper boats and bought ice cream, I went inside to speak with the owner. The employee said that she would have to text him (mind you I had seen him walk into his office about 15 minutes prior). The employee said that he had advised her that he wasn't there.

What a POS!!! He is intolerant of the elderly and then doesn't have the balls to come out and speak with me Woman to Man. Needless to say, I won't be returning to his...

These guys have such a fun mini golf course challenging enough for all ages, the course is a little beaten up but it still has charm and the obstacles end up being challenging and also funny if someone messes up. There's a hole with a ramp that goes up and down and on the other side of the hole there's marks on the fence from people launching it off the ramp, and spots where it can fall into the water. There's plenty of places to sit in the shade along the way. The driving range is perfect with the free rental clubs and plenty of spots to aim for in the range like a little pond at 100 yards or a tree at 200 yards. Then we got some ice cream and the mango sorbet I ordered was one of the best sorbets I've ever had in my life. They give you enough to share (me and my girlfriend traded licks with her no-sugar added coffee and black raspberry ice cream) and it's got this mango flavor that's also floral, it was out of this world I couldn't get...

We've played miniature golf there many times over the years. It's a decent place.they also have a nice driving range really can't see it until you actually walk through the small clubhouse and it's a really a decent driving range for those are really want to give it a shot. I would say if there's any downside it's that the parking lot needs to be repaved. The sidewalks also need to be redone with fresh cement.it would be a pretty good challenge negotiating that with the wheelchair that's the only thing I would say there. Other than that it's a good family fun...
