Worst ever experience. Wanted to purchase a new iPhone using Apple Balance but Apple had issues with their system and I decided to go to this store for asking help. After trying few times couple of geniuses could not able to figure out the issue they were trying to convince me that I was doing some crime by purchase at tax free state. A whole lot of people are doing the same in Nashua and other New Hampshire cities, I asked them but they were speechless. Then I decide to speak with store manager ( genius of geniuses ) and when he could not find any idea to convince me he tried to humiliate me by stating that I am being aggressive and I need to calm down. I was facing Apple Balance Payment issue for two days and they were unable to provide any solutions then what do you expect from a distressed customer. Love? Respect? Apple first need to give it back to earn it. Apple eat entire amount well in advance in the form of Gift Card issuance to customers like me and then denies the payment for any purchase which is not fair business and one could see as cheating. Coming back to that genius of geniuses who was trying to tell me to calm down had tried to tell me indirectly that get out from my store as if I was stealing something or doing some crime. I showed them mirror and ask where do you find any fraudulent activities from my side for which Apple is keep denying payment for my purchase using Apple Balance to which he got annoyed.
Is this called customer service? Well if yes then best of luck to Apple.
I know we are few individuals facing these bad experiences to which Apple as a whole unaffected as they are so so big and they just don’t care about 1000$ business from us.
But please be aware if you are buying Apple Gift Cards. Your balances could get seized by Apple at any time without any reason and you would be helpless for days to fix that issue and time might run out to complete your purchase for your loved ones. Read moreWe went to Apple in Nashua to get the iphone XR becasue the price had dropped and my trade made it less aswell. The person who started helping us seemed nice enough and it was quick to get the phone and everything settled. My phone before the XR was a samsung and I have US Cellular as a carrier he told me to take the sim out of my samsung and put it into the XR and i dont need to go to my carrier to get it activated, this was completely incorrect. We went back to the store because that didnt seem right and wanted to speak with someone else. At the start of the conversation the guy who was originally helping us came over and took over again telling us everything would be fine and we should go home to set up the phone. We went back a third time to figure out what we really needed to do and told the women at the front we did not help from the guy who was originally helping us because twice now hes told us its fine and to go home. She gave us a quick answer and the one we were looking for.
Now come Monday 9/16/19 I go to Uscellular to get the phone activated and they tell me they cant see the phone in their system to activate and wanted to make sure I got the right phone and everything from apple which the apple employees told me it was 3 times!!!
I get on the phone with apple support and talk to Elmer who was very helpful and he told me the phone was good to go and they should have no issue finding it because it was unlocked and sim free.
We go back into uscellular and tell them "hey it should be good to go apple says so" well turns out the model phone i have is not the american model phone uscellular can use but someone very high up was able to enter in my model number and get y phone activated.
So i recommend not going to the apple store becuse you might get a phone for another country which im pretty sure i did. I will be calling apple to see if i can get all my money back in a return for this phone that is 4 days old!!

Read moreI have never experienced such low level of customer service than what I did at this store. The manager was absolutely incompetent, very condescending and full of excuses. I went to service my 4 week old Iphone12 due to a defective speaker. The service technician who diagnosed the phone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the repair process. However, they needed to order a part for the repair and I had to return back at the store once the part was received. No big deal, there wasn’t a need for appointment and the repair would take around 30 minutes. I returned to the store as instructed once the part arrived. To my surprise the technician told me they could not repair it on that day as they closed in about 1 hour and that I have to come back the next day. This is when I expressed my disappointment and the inconvenience they were causing. At this point the technician called for the manager. The so called manager gave me plenty of excuses how the inconvenience is due to covid 19 and that he would speak to his employee who told us a screen replacement takes about 30 minutes. He also seemed totally out of touch with the operation of his store and unable to make any accommodations in order to keep their promise. My issue with this situation is that he refused to make adjustments to their schedule, their lack of communication amongst each other, the lies the manager provided and his ability to throw his employee under the bus, his excuses about covid 19 because after 1 year they still have not learned how to adapt.
