Kohl's — Local services in Union Charter Township

I enjoyed shopping at the Mt. Pleasant store. I like to shop the sale racks but alot of the things that are on the sale rack, I am not interested in. The items are things that I would compare to garage sale items. Other things, for instance purses, seem very good quality but the prices were so unbelievable! I found a purse I super loved but was $70. I couldn't justify it. I settled on a different brand as it was $22 on sale. I love the purse. It's very roomy and good quality. For me to continue to shop at Kohls on a regular basis, the prices would have to be lowered and the quality would have to be good . Purses were good quality. Some of the clothes not so much! I was originally looking for a bedspread with 2 colors in it. Green and burgundy. I found one but the problem I have is in order to fit my full size bed, you have to buy a King size to actually cover the bed. I have bought queen in times past and it doesnt even cover the mattress. I would have bought the one I found but then I would be stuck with a bedskirt that doesnt fit in order to get it to cover my mattress. In this day and age with prices the way they are, people will shop elsewhere if the prices aren't more reasonable and not...

Absolutely love this store... I have nothing but good to say about this store... But I have been a MV credit card holder with Kohls for several years. I have missed a couple payments in all of those years due to hospital admittances.. I have had great experiences with this company online and over the phone until recently. I have been in a crisis situation in my personal life for several months. I forgot about making a payment last month. I have received calls almost every day. The last time I spoke with an associate that called me I told them that I would check my records, I thought for sure that I had made a payment last month. I got another call today. I couldn't answer the phone so I called back and said I would make a payment when I got paid on the 3rf of April. He said that's ok, it's not due until the 7th He agreed to put a notation in my file so that I would not receive anymore calls.

I got another call. Kohls is great until your payment is late, then they call and call and call. My record speaks for itself. This feels like unessarry...

I have shopped here since it’s opened and have spent a lot of money at this Sephora, up until now. I was needing assistance in exchange/return of a item and the staff member helping me wouldn’t even look up my beauty rewards or look to see just point blank told me they can’t help me without a receipt. Went back to Midland Kohl’s Sephora and they took care of it for me with out any hesitation. So nice and kindly explained the process to me. I would not recommend at all this location. Midland is superior plus have such a HUGE selection of products. It’s almost like the real Sephora...
