Good Coffee, Very Poor Service. In town for five days. First day I went to a different Bigby, service and coffee was excellent. Next day I came here, ordered two 24oz black coffees through the drive thru. Got to where I was going and thought these seem light. Took the kids off and found one with 2 inches of space at the top the other had at least four inches at top, so basically a half full cup. Next day I go through the drive thru again, I explained what happened today before. I'm told or the good news is today is buy one cup get one free so you'll make up for yesterday. I didn't not even try to explain that would not make up for the day before. I ordered asked for a ice to be put in 1 cup so it would be warm not hot so I could drink it right away, of course they did not put enough ice in. The third day which was today I went inside in order two 24 Oz Biggby best coffees. I get down to the end of the counter and realize there are line of people waiting for brewed coffee. It's 7:20 a.m. and they have no brewed coffee finally 15 minutes later they have a pot of coffee ready for me. Unfortunately not enough to fill both of my 24 oz cups, but at least I have coffee. Read moreJust came in this morning and was pretty disappointed. I love the owners on the Bluegrass and Pickard Biggby’s but wow this morning was a bit of a mess with the staff. I came in with one car in front of me and ordered my Iced coffee with Carmel Marvel flavoring and a little bit of cream. I waited in line for about 15 minutes as 5-6 cars lined up behind me because the girls working obviously new the other person in the drive thru in front of me. They got there drinks yet stayed in line and the line got longer. I get my drink, it’s not right—no big deal. But now the line is long in the drive thru so I go in. I wait for a while and they call a drink that’s clearly not what I ordered so I wait about 10 minutes. Then a girl comes up and says this is yours. I said it’s not what they called off and she said it was and handed it to me even though it had been sitting there and wasn’t was I ordered. I honestly wasted more in gas than the drink costed. After 15 minutes, and repeatedly making my presence known to the speaker, I pull up to the window. 5 employees are standing around, doing nothing, head sets around their necks. I explain that I'm the customer you told to wait a sec 15 minutes ago I got a sorry but clearly in a "so what?" tone. No discount. No real apology.
