GameStop — Local services in Union Charter Township

This place is all around awful. As everyone knows Game Stop is just a place to rip people off on used gaming equipment. I needed money and Game Stop was my last resort so I took in what was a fairly new, excellent condition Xbox 360 that I was told I would get 16 dollars for, as if that isn't low enough, the guy with short hair and glasses ended up giving me 2 dollars for it and didn't let me know how much he was giving me until he rang everything up and finalized it. And he was quick on finalizing it too. He didn't give me any time to figure out just what i was getting for my console and by the time I realized he scammed me after saying I would get 16 he was off in the back so I couldn't ask him about it. And as if that isn't bad enough I had a brand new GTA 5 that he told me I would get 15 dollars for but instead he ended up ripping me off again and gave me $4 for it. Do not go here if you're looking to sell. You will end up getting told what you'll get in a cash amount and then get paid 10% of that. Previously I left a review about the game stop in Mount pleasant praising it. And honestly if it weren't for this one employee I would still love it, however my fiance and I have been trying to sell a new PlayStation 5 dual Sense edge controller. We originally talked to a kind employee about it and he agreed but we didn't agree on the price at the time and recently went back. He then talked to a lady who laughed him out of the store saying why would you even think about bringing me a new never opened controller, it must be opened first or I can't even look at you. We've never been told that, nor have we ever needed to do that at any place ever before. We also have never been publicly laughed at by an employee. I rarely go to GameStop as I don't play video games like I used to. However, I kept seeing YouTube sports cards breakers posting their videos of the new 2023/24 Topps Chrome Basketball products. A good majority of them said they found the new product at their local GameStop store. As soon as I walked into the store I found exactly what I had been looking for!
