We were customers of this place for many years when Jeff was the manager bought 20 different things never had a problem everyone so pleasant great customer service. Recently got a living room suite for a penny the first month and 143 a month. A month later rude individuals knocking at my door wanting a payment of over 300.00 please explain that one. Very rude from Manager down. Will never deal with this company ever again don't recommend them to anyone. If you are going to deal with the public you better try to be a little more pleasant, especially this day in age. Wow really shocked . Jeff was the best...

You received a two for crappy representatives and service you called my sick 80 yr old aunt and her she needed to come in and make a payment in the freezing rain and snow when you could've taken payment by phone. Then we get there and your guy says oh.. You know we could've took payment by phone. Really?
