Immediately as I walked in she made me feel welcomed by greeting me and talking to me as if we knew each other for a long time. Before we started, Shenice took her time to make me feel comfortable by explaining every step and making sure that I knew what was going on before she waxed the area. She made sure to ask if the wax temperature was okay and if I needed a small break. I also appreciate how she had conversations with me while waxing which allowed me to relax and completely forget about the wax in general. After the wax was finished, she explained the aftercare process and mentioned that she also sells wax kits that includes all of the essentials. The consult for my newbie facial was thorough and full of information and takeaways. The products used were geared toward the goals I have for my skin. She didn’t push her own products or products that she’s selling, she inquired about the products I currently use and plans to research and let me know if they align with those goals we discussed and to make recommendations.
