Read moreThis review has absolutely nothing to do with the servers and staff. They were extremely pleasant and the establishment was very clean. This is a review solely on the food. The quality is not up to par at all. My boyfriend and I went for the first time last night. We read great reviews online so we were expecting the quality to match. We got the waffle sandwich as well as the brioche sandwich. The breading on the chicken was sliding off. The tenders are HUGE with a ton of breading and the portion did not match the size of the waffle/bread. This resulted in breading getting completely soggy and made it impossible to eat the sandwich. Also the dressing and toppings that they put on top make the bread completely soggy as well. We requested forks but the server who was cleaning tables and picking up peoples trash used the same dirty glove to hand us our forks so we could not use them. The fries were mediocre at best but not hot. I called to complain and request some type of refund given the fact that we left the food and could barely eat it but the owner was a very rude and condescending person. My word was not enough - he argued with me for 5 minutes about the testing he does on the product and there’s no way my experience could have been bad. This is what stuck out to me the most. If a customer has a bad experience the owner should want to rectify it but instead he was only interested in arguing with me. He refused the refund and was completely unapologetic. Needless to say we will never return.
ETA: absolutely no effort was made to rectify the situation. The owner is a liar. My exact words were “if you’re not willing to rectify it then I will leave a Google review that lives forever on the internet.” And that’s exactly...
Read moreWe saw this place on Instagram and took the family out to eat their last nite. Let me start with my first impression was ordering my $84 chicken dinner for three . I was excited to order and told the cashier it was our first time there . He was very rude and obnoxious, I guess because I wasn't ordering quickly, it was are first time and was asking my family what they wanted so at the end of the day we got wings, waffle sandwich and a slider, and chicken sandwich with 3 milkshakes $84 . I don't mind paying for food but not with an attitude am sorry but that's my first impression and it kind of turned me off even my wife was disgruntled by his facial expressions at us , My wife speaks Spanish so I was trying to translate to here and my daughter the opinions (He was also an immigrant and English wasn't his first language so dont know his problem with that ), but that's why I made a note that it was are first time there . Know to the food.It was as expected. I don't eat red meat, so I didn't try the burger they said it was the best thing we ordered . I liked the waffle sandwich. I ordered it hot level two ( I don't remember the name ) and on the hot wigs level 3 and chicken sandwich level 3 . I don't know if they messed up or what it was way to hot couldn't eat it comfortably that is nothing to blame on the restaurant it was my decision just putting it so others are aware of spice level . Breading was amazing chicken was fresh shakes were also above average and very good. I don't know if I'll be returning, I'll leave it up to my wife, but customer service is everything. You don't want your customer feeling like they weren't treated...
