Qsina 8 is a casual dining Filipino restaurant which is a culinary gem that takes you on an unforgettable journey through the rich and vibrant flavors of the Philippines. With an exquisite menu showcasing traditional dishes prepared with utmost care and creativity, this establishment truly offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience. I had the pleasure of trying their signature dishes, including Tofu Sisig, Bangus Sisig, Tokwa't Baboy, and Ube Toron, and each plate left me craving for more.

The Tofu Sisig at is a vegetarian delight that redefines what sisig can be. The combination of mayonnaised tofu, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and a tangy sauce creates a symphony of flavors that perfectly mimic the traditional meat-based version. The texture is spot-on, with a delightful contrast between the crispy exterior and the soft, melt-in-your-mouth tofu. This dish is a testament to the culinary ingenuity of Qsina 8.

Moving on to the Bangus Sisig, I was blown away by the succulent and flavorful milkfish used in this rendition. The fish is expertly grilled and then sautéed with aromatic spices, onions, and chilies, resulting in a harmonious blend of smoky, savory, and slightly spicy flavors. The fish is tender, with a delightful crispiness on the edges. The Bangus Sisig truly highlights the diversity and uniqueness of Filipino cuisine.

Next on the culinary adventure was the Tokwa't Baboy, a classic Filipino dish consisting of crispy fried tofu and tender pork belly. The contrast between the crispy tofu and the succulent, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly is simply divine. The dish is elevated by a tangy soy-vinegar dressing, and onions that adds a delightful balance to the richness of the meat. Each bite is a perfect harmony of textures and flavors, making this dish an absolute delight.

To end the meal on a sweet note, I indulged in Ube Toron, a Filipino dessert made with banana plantains and purple yam. The toron, a spring roll-like pastry, is filled with a luscious ube (purple yam) filling and plantains which is deep-fried to golden perfection. Served with a flan, a scoop of ube jam, and vanilla ice cream, this dessert is a heavenly symphony of flavors and textures. The combination of the crispiness of the toron, the smoothness of the fillings, and the creaminess of the flan, ube jam, and ice cream creates a truly delightful experience for the taste buds.

Beyond the extraordinary flavors, Qsina 8 excels in its presentation and attention to detail. The dishes are beautifully plated, showcasing the artistry and passion of the chefs. The warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant further enhances the dining experience, making it perfect for special occasions or a memorable night out.

The service at is top-notch, with knowledgeable and attentive staff who are passionate about the cuisine and eager to provide recommendations and explanations. They are more than happy to guide you through the menu and ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

In conclusion, Qsina 8 is a new shining star in the realm of a casual dining cuisine and whether you're a Filipino food enthusiast or simply looking to expand your culinary horizons, this restaurant is a must-visit destination that will leave you...

Ambiance & First Impressions I came to Qsina 8 with my friend Lalaine on a Sunday brunch outing, and from the moment we stepped in, the warmth of the place wrapped around us like a comforting hug. The ambiance is beautifully intimate and inviting, blending a cozy Filipino home vibe with a clean, modern charm. You immediately feel welcomed—not just as a guest, but as part of the family.

Service & Hospitality The service was truly top-tier. Ruth, the owner, personally checked in on us with such sincerity—it was clear she genuinely cared about our experience. The servers were equally attentive, helping us before we even had to ask. I never once had to flag anyone down. There was a natural rhythm to their care, and their warmth made the experience even more memorable. A special shoutout to the staff member who complimented my sunglasses with a sweet “Crash Landing on You” reference—what a fun, thoughtful moment!

Food & Drinks The food? Absolutely phenomenal. • Appetizers: We started with siomai and chicharon bulaklak—crispy, savory, and seasoned perfectly. • Soup: The Laksa was comforting and flavorful, with a balance of creaminess and spice that hit the spot. • Main Dish: The chicken inasal was grilled to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with that authentic smoky flavor. • Drinks: I ordered their calamansi juice, which was sweetened with honey instead of sugar—a refreshing and health-conscious twist. • Grilled Delight: The pork isaw skewers were a standout. Clean-tasting, cooked just right, and bursting with flavor—truly a rare find when it comes to offal dishes.

Cleanliness & Amenities Even the bathroom was spotless and pleasantly scented—a detail that’s often overlooked but deeply appreciated. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully maintained, from the dining area to the restrooms.

Unique Offerings Near the counter, there was a rack of house-made goodies like chili garlic sauce, homemade buro, and other Filipino pantry gems. I love that you can take a piece of Qsina 8 home with you—it speaks to the soul of their cooking and commitment to authenticity.

Parking & Accessibility Street parking on a Sunday was surprisingly easy. We found a spot with no trouble, which made our visit even more relaxed and stress-free.

Value for Money With everything we enjoyed—the quality, the service, and the heart behind every detail—the pricing felt more than fair. Honestly, it’s a steal for what you get. If anything, it’s a reminder that amazing food doesn’t have to come with a high price tag.

Final Thoughts Qsina 8 isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience filled with heart, hospitality, and home-cooked joy. Lalaine and I left feeling full, happy, and already planning our return. Whether you’re Filipino and missing the flavors of home, or just someone who loves good food and warm service, Qsina 8 is an...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Qsina – The Happiest Home Away from Home!

Every visit to Qsina feels like coming home—but with even better food and no dishes to wash! This place is an absolute gem, bringing back all the nostalgic Filipino flavors that make my heart (and stomach) so happy. It’s family-owned, warm, and full of love, just like a classic Filipino home—where food is always the answer to everything!

Let’s talk about the food. Authentic. Comforting. Absolutely on point! From appetizers to entrées to desserts, every bite takes me back to family feasts and Sunday lunches with loved ones. And if you’re like me—someone who shamelessly starts with dessert first—then you’re in for a treat! The Ube Leche Flan Turon? LIFE-CHANGING.

Here are my must-haves every time I go: ✨ Ube Leche Flan Turon – Sweet, crispy, creamy… pure heaven. ✨ Lechon Kawali – Crunchy, juicy, and absolutely irresistible. ✨ Chicharon Bulaklak – Because life is too short to skip this crispy indulgence! ✨ Kare-Kare – That rich, peanuty goodness with perfectly tender meat. ✨ Binagoongan Rice – Savory, flavorful, and a must for any meal. ✨ Bangus Sisig – Sizzling, tangy, and bursting with flavor! ✨ Sago’t Gulaman or Thai Milk Tea – Refreshing and the perfect sip to end your meal.

We celebrate everything at Qsina—birthdays, anniversaries, random brunches, and even just because we’re craving good food! Every occasion feels extra special here, thanks to the friendly, hospitable owners and staff who treat you like family.

Plus, plenty of parking, so no stress getting here!

If you’re looking for authentic Filipino flavors, amazing service, and that warm, homey vibe that makes every meal special, Qsina is THE place to be! Highly, HIGHLY recommend—just be ready to leave full and happy every...

My husband and I came for lunch around 1pm. Ordered Spring Rolls (Lumpia Shanghai), Fried Milkfish (Daing Na Bangus), and Pancit Bihon (rice vermicelli). For dessert, we had halo-halo. We're not Filipino but have eaten often with our Filipino friends, and the latter two dishes are definitely a go-to for us, so we are familiar with how these should generally taste. I am used to the Pancit bihon being a little more rice-y and less clear, but they make theirs here more translucent (oily?). Still tasty though. It had a lot of different little vegetables and protein in there (shrimp, pork, hard boiled egg, snow peas, etc). The pork was very fatty, so I didn't really eat that. The Milkfish was very good. I liked that that had a few toppings (diced tomatoes, onions and scallions) on the fish. Spring Rolls were delicious. Halo-halo was so so good. Love all the different toppings in there, I can't even describe all of it. The thick flan and the ube was the best part, though. Service was friendly and courteous. Atmosphere was chill, with a neon "good vibes" sign. 😎 A little pricey, but you get good size portions. Will definitely come back with my two adult children, so we can try other dishes.
