I have payed about $600 for a new dell laptop. During the first week of using it, I cracked the screen on the bottom by accident. It was a small crack so I decided to bring it to geek squad for the repair.
Horrible decision...
As soon as I walk in they tell me it will take a week to find out the price of the repair. With an addition of $35 charge fee They also tell me it will cost $150-$250 since it's only a $600 dollar laptop. So I agree to the offer.
16 days pass they call me at around 3pm and tell me the repair will cost $330...
I ask for a discount or something since they told me it will only cost $150-$250...
1 hours later.. they call my dad for some reason saying it will cost $400! REPEAT... $400 to fix a small crack
Having 3 different prices of the repair, I found it very strange and so I demanded to cancel the repair. They call the supervisor for some reason to tell me how much time it will take to cancel the repair.
Please don't use the geek squad on route 22 in Union. They try to rape you.

Read moreI would give them 0 stars if I could. They do not like to assist Customers in any way. Even the Managers are unresponsive. They sent my laptop out for repairs and I received it back broken. They stated they would make it right and replace my laptop here I am 3 to 4 weeks in with them and no new laptop just stuck with a broken one. Billy Brown the manager and Pete apparently the other manager never answer the phones. Take days to respond to emails. Someone needs to go in here and clean this place up get it back on track.
