If I could rate it negative stars I could I tried on a few shoes in my size they all fit perfectly. I bought a pair of pleaser shoes my size as well but when I got home to try them on they were too small. So I called the same day and explained how the shoe didn't fit even though I tried a bunch of other shoes the same size and asked if I can return it for a different size not a different shoe or a refund I asked for a DIFFERENT SIZE and the worker who I called hung up on me. She hung up not a "oh no the shoes are final sale" or something like that she just hung up. I will not be going there ever again and I advise anyone who reads this review please don't waste your time...

I purchased an item that was seen to be damaged when I got home. I brought it back and they said it could not be returned, only exchanged because it was damaged. The item came with 2 tags, mine still had 1 and with that they refused to do the exchange. I understand there's policy but if an item is damaged and the customer meets the requirement of brining it back with a tag, allow it. Don't be petty over over how many tags, especially if it's going to be damaged out anyway. I'll never...

The staff is cool, but their customer service sucks.. I bought a product from here. In less than an hour, I open the package to find that it doesn't function.. I called and asked for an exchange (not even a refund) and got told there's nothing they can do... They don't allow you to open packages in the store to inspect them so you are basically buying with the hope that everything works.. and if it doesn't, you're screwed.. I get the hygiene concern but this is...
