We had a wonderful experience with My House Kitchen from start to finish! I had reached out to many kitchen cabinet companies to get an idea of how they work and to find out the cost to replace our cabinets. No matter how many questions I had, Matt was always quick to respond and so friendly. He also listened to our needs and made sure our kitchen layout was how we wanted it to be. It wasn't the same with other companies. Two of the other companies provided a layout that was different from our request and then when we asked if they could make a change, they said we would have to put down a deposit before they could continue. After that, our decision was easy to go with My House Kitchen. They have an excellent showroom with so many choices and ideas. We were able to walk around freely without being bothered and then when we had questions, someone was there to help. Matt stopped by our house and took measurements of our kitchen space. Then we finalized and placed the order the next day. We realized we made a mistake on our end on the spacing of the cabinets in one area but Matt took care of it and adjusted our order. For our cabinets, it took 3 weeks for delivery. We decided to through My House Kitchen for the installation which occurred the day after delivery. Gabriel and his team were amazing! They did a fantastic job with the installation. We had an issue with the toe kicks not being delivered as well as some minor issues with a cabinet door and drawer but Matt was on it. The cabinet company worked on the order ASAP and Gabriel was back the next week. He is such a hard worker and made sure everything looked great. You can tell that Matt and Gabriel put a lot of pride into their job and make sure things are done right. We ended up going back to the showroom and ordering part of our backsplash from My House Kitchen after seeing it on display there. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Matt, Gabriel and My House Kitchen. We are so happy with everything and we love our new kitchen cabinets. We wish we had done it sooner.
