I made a purchase yesterday for my employees who ended up sick less than 30 to 45 minutes after eating the chicken I then called and spoke to Michael told me I would need to speak to a manager and then there was no manager scheduled today. I then went to the store to get a refund for the merchandise and I was told by Julian that he would not be able to give me a refund. I would have to wait for the manager who comes in at 10 a.m. Now this is very problematic for me because I’ve spent money and my employees all ended up sick and it seems as though the management team and staff do not care about your customers. So not only are you guys serving food that is making your customers sick? You also have no way of accommodating them the proper way.
So today I called the store to speak to the manager Ronald and explained to him the situation h he is well had no concerns and seemed as though he did not care either the thing he wanted to do was refry the chicken that he claims is fresh, which to me is absurd. Who wants to eat from a place where several people have been food poisoning and it is a well-known fact.
I also explained to him that I spoke with his employee who told me I would have to wait until tomorrow to get a refund which I kept the product overnight, which is more inconvenient for me. The simple fact that Popeyes is such a well known company and you guys are serving food that is poisonous and making people sick...
Read moreUpdate 11-3: ...Chicken sandwich madness is back....trying to avoid this food but hadn't had a sandwich in months.......went here around 1030am (1130am according to my biological clock for the daylight time savers) and Drive Thru line was backed up all the way down route 22...in store line was out the door......I only had to wait 10 minutes which is not that bad bc I ordered 1 sandwich....total chaos, too many people here and i blame corporate for the order process..only 1 register..only matter of time before a fight breaks out...would recommend that you stay away until the craziness calms down...
Update...08-17.. Store is always slammed and ONLY has ONE CASHIER!!!!!! Come on management..buy more registers....Also system went down today so they were only taking cash... Get with the program management !!

Read moreBe careful using their online app because it charged us without sending our order through, and then the store employees weren’t helpful at all which is why I’m rating this lower.
I placed an order from their app so I could use their “free sandwich” promo, but upon checkout the app froze with the loading dots and never got to a point where it provided an order number. But the credit card was charged, as I received an alert.
The employees at the store were unsympathetic (which I get, I’m sure they get customer complaints all day), and apathetic about what to do. I used the app again to place the order (also be careful bc on Android it doesn’t seem to easily remove the option to save your card), then had to call my credit card company to dispute the previous charge.
Food: as you’d expect it’s like other Popeyes, good if you’re looking for their fried chicken and sandwiches and such. I like their spicy chicken in general.
