Okay so it started off as any other purchase. I got a washer and dryer. Towards the end of our term, the dryer started getting hot. We sent it into her service and we actually paid off the dryer before the dryer came back from service. So four months later, the same issue that the dryer went into when we paid it off, it's doing again, not heating. I called today to talk to them about what could be done, because they just fixed it. Four months ago, there's got to be some warranty on the part. You would think at least, maybe not the service, but the parts at least. I was told that they don't guarantee any of their work, our parts. So how am I to know that they actually change the parts with new parts or if they used old parts and that they went out after I paid it off. As much c* as buddies gets, this would have never happened. I've never had an issue with buddies, making sure that after the sale for a year afterwards, that the especially if they fixed it that it was repairable. Trust me I have no love loss for buddies, but if I had to choose between aarons and buddies, unfortunately, I would have to go with buddy's home furnishing. So definitely buyer leaser.Beware, they will not stand behind their products. The washer even had a recall on it for overheating motors to catch on fire. They did come out and replace the washer. But now, the dryer's having the same kind of issue thinking, samsung is not the way to go. So, run from this place and...
Read moreA couple of months ago I got a set of used sofas and carpet and coffee table. And under my husbands name we got a set of used washer and dryer. The lady that helped us was really helpful and nice! (I can not remember her name) she gave us a great deal! But a month later or so we started having problems with fleas. We didn’t understand why we were having fleas at home if we didn’t have any pets? We then checked the sofas with a flash light and on the cracks of the sofa were white cat hairs and flea eggs and very many fleas! It was HORRIBLE!!!!! My husband called them immediately for them to pick up the carpet and sofas.(we decided to keep the coffee table) we had to wait 2 days for them to pick up. I was horrified because we have a 7 month old baby and getting the flea bites on our feet and legs was overwhelming. They charged us the remaining balance of the coffee table. They didn’t offer to even give us a discount or call it even on the table. Not any kind of help. Even till now we’re having to keep fumigating the house. It’s so upsetting that they did this. They did not care they only picked up the furniture. We had to pay out of our pocket to get rid of these fleas. Like come on Aaron check what you’re selling! I’m only giving the place 3 stars because we haven’t had any problems with the...
Read moreMy husband and I bought a bedroom set fom Aaron's. We loved it...at first.. The customer service we received from our store was great...at first.
However, we have had issues with the bed being unstable, squeaking and rocking to the point of hitting our wall. Just when sitting on the bed. We were told to get "stick on padding" to put against the back of the headboard to keep it from making noise.
I discovered the problem was because the headboard is longer than the frame once you attach it and the feet of the frame on that end do not touch the ground once attached.
The store manager told me they are aware of the problem, but unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it. He said that there are numerous sets that they sell that have the same problem.
Come on Aaron's! Is your quality seriously that horrible and your customer service that pathetic that you can't fix the problem? Not only that, you still continue to sell products that are faulty?!?
I'm sending mine back, but what about the people that you continue to deceive that cannot afford to do anything different?
That problem aside, Every. Single. Month. Our payment drafting has been incorrect. One month to the tune of almost $150 over what our payment was...
